The hotel front desk service/support is superb. They are passionate and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest's stay is comfortable. Know this as is my many stays with them for work & leisure reasons. Thank you, front desk team 🥰
For the trip.com kakis, despite the hotel is comfortable and clean, I will not recommend for their breakfast. Limited choices of breakfast despite is a buffet approach. Also, no selection for eggs style: "eat what they feed" concept 😅. Is slightly fortunate for me in my recent stay that the Chef willing to get me 2 pieces of "sunny side up" after I PLEADED twice for it as could only go for Sauage, Bake Beans and slice of bread with quality coffee that morning from the variety of choices, which is an optional buy for me at S$23.98 due to rushing meeting and presentation. Thus, not so worth it ya. 😊 Overall, I will still go back for the stay but without breakfast option.

My third stay with the property . Love the location just a short walk to dhoby ghaut mrt and there’s a 7eleven nearby plus some eateries and a craft beer bar within short walk
Property started to see some age especially thee bathroom area but overall it’s still maintained it’s hygiene.
Love how they provide filter water now in room rather than previous bottled drinking water .
Love the pool a lot and the shower room near the pool is really clean . After check out you can opt to hang out by the pool while u wait for your flight

The room was clean and relatively new, very strategic location near Plaza Sing and Dhoby Ghaut MRT👍🏻

This was my third stay at the hotel. I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and cosiness.
One problem is that the cleaning starts early in the morning, so the door opening and closing is noisy and the cleaners talk and sing loudly, which is both good and bad.

Everything of the stay was very smooth, check in was pretty fast. Got the deluxe room & the room cleanliness was top notch. Room needs to be check upon checking out but it was pretty quick.

Beautiful interior design and extremely nice staff! Room quite spacious with very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All amenities I needed were there. Definitely will back!

I love thé pool, fantastic view from the rooftop. Easy access to the bus stop and MRT. Just a 10mins ride to orchard areas and probably 7mins walk to fort canning park. I really enjoy my stay here.

When I just opened the bed I saw blood stain and hair. I was shocked. Then I tried to call to customer service for help, however, all calls could not be connected. I just followed press 0 then 1 but in vain. I called to hotel’s main line by local call but stated office hour closed and asked me to call to the main office which with a long long numbers for emergency. The housekeeping finally came out for help, the supervisor was so impolite and without saying sorry. I queried about their telephone function and he replied that I must press 0 and wait until the line connected and then still needed to wait for moments even though no sound in between and wait unitl the line connected. It was ridiculous indeed!
