Kocamın doğum gününü Ritz Carlton'da kutluyordum. Verilen hizmete ve odaya hayran kaldık. Kulüp salonunun mükemmel hizmeti var, özellikle Firdaus ve Moira'ya iltifat etmekten mutluluk duyarım. Her ikisi de kalışımızı olağanüstü bir deneyim haline getirmişti.
Daha fazla kutlama için geri dönmeyi çok isteriz. Mükemmel hizmetin ve manzaranın keyfini çıkarmak için tavsiye edilen otel!

Everything is good. A bit disappointed at the on duty receiptionist when we checked in. She failed to arrange a room details which i early requested

Their foods are great. Tasty and nice present.
Staff are polite, friendly and welcoming.
However, they really needs to have a good maintenance for the room and equipment.(see the pics below)
Housekeeping wasn’t doing their jobs properly.
Found the tea cup wasn’t clean on the first day.
The bedding wasn’t done on the second day while we returned at night.
Really disappointed for that.
Also, the facilities wan’t familiar for the kids.
We don’t think we’ll return to this hotel for the next trip.

Cons: Room looks a bit old, hdmi not working, air con control is not user-friendly ( not sure if we can adjust or not)
Pros: all things are up to standard, location good, room is roomy, staff friendly, great view, always can get many water bottles
Dinner at Colony: expensive but excellent, a lot of choices and all hot dishes are great

Housekeeping been perfect.
It’s a costly hotel though.

Birthday staycation for my girlf was perfect. Everything from staff’s coordination to their thoughtful offer. Pre-ordered the rose-petal bubble bath & arranged flower delivery through email without any hassle. Shoutout to the staff that helped us check-in, surprised that he is intuitive in communicating with me for the birthday cake delivery, even with my girlf standing near me! Besides the gorgeous view of Singapore’s skyline, we would love to revisit for the amazing service provided.

View is great, service is excellent. Room is spacious and the bathroom is large. However, the bathroom had a sewerage stench that seems to linger around the room. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.
