Everything was great and the room was spacious! Walking distance to few shopping malls. Services provided by the hotel staffs were superb! It was just that the breakfast choices were average. Please note that most of the grab drivers will drop you in the backstreet of the hotel, and there are few pubs with foreigner ladies standing outside.

Had a good stay. The staff accommodated me with an early check in and even upgraded my room to a Deluxe Plus.

Check in process was smooth & less than 15 minutes. Deposit was $50. The staff was not so good in English, it’s a little bit hard to understand what he said.
The location was strategic because it’s 200m walking from Dhoby Ghaut station which is the centre of all train intersections. There’s a bus stop in front of the hotel lobby too. 7Eleven also near the hotel.
The hotel building was quite old. Hotel room was big! And very comfortable. We stayed there for 2 days and everything went well.

Bad customer service. Unfriendly reception that does not look at you when talking and does not have a smile. Old and outdated room. Termites and ants at wooden table that attacked my foods.

This is my 2nd time here.The room is very spacious however the cleanliness of the toile can be better.There were no bath robes provided.Overall i still like my stay here.Staff were not as friendly as other hotel.No change in staff service with a smile.

The hotel located at the end of Orchard road. Peaceful location. Walking distance to the nearest Sommerset MRT station. Although it is located next to the busy road, but sound insulation is good with their double window.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a good job, always keeping the room clean.
Nice and spacious lobby good for meeting.

My second stay there and still really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this property. Shopping places and restaurants are around, close to Somerset MRT station, bus station is just right in front of the hotel. Especially, I like the room space and hotel indoor design.
