room was alright tv kept having issues bathtub is a little old but still alright. oddly had to pay $5 for cutlery from room service and to borrow a scissors. checkin was super long and only 1 person at the counter albeit checking in later around 5. its an okay room for a quick stay and the bed was great and huge with the small minifridge and kettle. bring your own conditioner though. slight weird encounter with the facilities guy who kept asking who i was staying with and how long i would be there which made me feel a little unsafe.

We did not bring any clothes so we chose to stay just 1 night.
Stated there’s bathrobes so we decided to choose this hotel for a stay, but when we called them for service as there are NO bathrobes, my husband heard the manager saying there are no bathrobes. Which makes us very very disappointed with our stay, called customer service to help us solve the issue as if there really dont have any we will want our refunds back.
After 30 mins, they finally send us 2 sets but not fresh kind but its better than zero. They really should remove this bathrobe keyword out, so that if there’s other people like us who doesn’t bring clothes like us can choose another hotel to stay instead.

Staff was helpful, saw that the check in queue was long hence proceeded to help with self check in & tried their best to accommodate to our request! the stay was pleasant and smooth :)

Always enjoy the atmosphere during CNY staycation here.. the lion and dragon dance on the 1st day of CNY live up the mood..

we enjoyed the breakfast, our room, the view from our room , and the service of the reception-which is Filipino.
Downside is no bidet, and they dont do housekeeping if u stay less than 3nights. however if u call them to request for towels they respond immediately. Highly recommended

Super close to Chinatown MRT station, just a sky ridge away. Great views of the city Center raffles area and nice polished wooden floors. Plenty of hawkers and stalls to eat around the area. Nice big and deep tub too!! Housekeeping was very quick upon request and fulfil needs efficiently.
