Room was spacious and clean. :) location is just within Orchard area, which is pretty convenient.

Within stone throw away from down town Orchard shopping street and Mount Elizabeth Specialist Hospital.
Comfortable room size with just nice room amenities.
Room & Bathroom was clean too.
Friends liked the location which is hidden behind busy shopping street.

I had a wonderful experience at the YORK. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Specially front desk staff Phoo Phoo she was very welcoming same staff upon checking out too, it was nice check out with a smile.
Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

This is a great hotel. Thou I did not spend so much time in the room,but I am very sattisfied with the hotel service received.My room quite spacious and very clean.

One of the most reasonable priced hotels in Orchard area that has a larger space area. Been here for a few times, but this time round, the room booked was not as large as the ones booked before.
Felt that receptionists shd make guests feel more welcome by being more friendly, with genuine smile.
