It is not your standard ibis styles - this used to be a different hotel, and albeit it has been taken over by Accor Group, the traces of former décor are omnipresent. The room was rather tired, albeit very clean. The bed was good, we slept well, The breakfast was included, however, I would say it wasn't the best breakfast compared to other ibis styles hotels we've have experience staying at. All in all, if you're looking to spend a night and get going, this could be a good option. For a luxury/experience Brussels I would suggest staying elsewhere.

The very modern room, the litter is perfect, a beautiful and modern bathroom, only a small bemol, the rest of the old occupants soap.
Very large television with a lot of French-speaking chain.

I stayed here in December with my family for 3 nights. The hotel is modern and located walking distance from the train station. Breakfast was of a good standard and with plenty of variety. My husband unfortunately became very ill as he had food poisoning (not from the hotel). The staff were really helpful and accommodating given the situation, they had to find us alternate rooms and everything was done swiftly and without any issues. As a result, our stay was better than expected! Thanks very much to all the hotel staff that were so accommodating.

The rooms were very nice. My main issue was billing. I booked through an agency and everything was prepaid. Two of the days we were there, we had breakfast in the dining area. Each time, I paid in cash for 3 breakfasts (15€ x 3). They never gave me a receipt. When we checked out, they made me return the plastic keys and then checked my account. They told me there was one unpaid breakfast and would not call me a taxi until I paid. I was never given a receipt and there was no one in the hotel to complain to. I paid reluctantly and asked them to clear it up later. I've exchanged like 10 emails with the hotel and they never did anything. My advice is avoid using cash and always demand a receipt. I found this to be a very dishonest practice

Stayed here two nights in mid-January 2023. Hotel is located in a gritty area, with much construction, but just a five minute walk to the main train station, with many transit connections. It's about a 10 - 20 minute walk to various tourist sites in the city. There are convenience stores and dining options nearby. Staff was OK but not overly friendly. Single room was small, but clean and the price was fair. There was a heating/AC unit on the wall but one button was missing and it didn't appear to be working. Temp was OK. There was a small desk and chair. Shower and sink were in the room and toilet in a small closet. The window opened into a narrow ventilation shaft so it was rather dark. Wifi, lights and TV worked fine. I didn't pay for the breakfast. It wasn't great, but it did the trick.

We really liked the hotel itself and it was all newly renovated and looked good and was tidy, both lobby, stairway/elevator and room. The room was big but with basic interior, like nightstands were stools from Ikea. There was no refrigerator which was inconvenient in the heat. The hotel is rather close to the city center and only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center, however the hotel seems to be located in a sketchy neighbourhood and not many tourists in the area. We were recommended by locals to take a taxi/uber back to the hotel during the nights.
