We checked in late Wednesday before Thanksgiving around midnight. Exhausted, we didn't notice the fine print that we must request our room to be cleaned. We missed breakfast because we arrived late, but just wanted coffee. Canisters were empty each morning on our way out. When we returned to our room the next two nights, neither key card was working. I had to go back down on their slow elevators. No apology, like it's a normal everyday thing. About half the bath towels were thread bare and the pool had no full-size towels at all. The mattress was lumpy, and when I returned to our room to discover our room wasn't cleaned and then noticed the go-green policy they clean every 3 days. It doesn't hurt that it saves them a ton of money in the process. The next morning I asked the lobby agents we'd like our room cleaned and was told us, yes they would. Well guess what, it still wasn't cleaned. When I called the desk to ask why, again, no apology, do we need more towels? No I wanted my room cleaned!
