Before anything else might be Said here, It must be known that my family did Not and will never Accommodations of this hotel.. My wife's Brother suffered Massive head trauma The day before yesterdayIs the result of a fall he sustained.Is my wife and her parents areFacing a terrible decision at the very least at least and the death of their son and brotherYesterday after discovering the seriousness of the situation chin I drove my wife down to Sioux Falls also to be with her parents. Obviously they I had enough on their platesDealing with my brother-in-law So I reserved a room at this establishment paid withr credit card And drove down to the hotel To get Everything in order that they might not have to deal with it When they finally left the bedside to get some rest . I didn't have my billfold with me I didn't have my ID With me at the time I surprised him of the situation yeah it's some of the situation assured him that I would not even be staying in the room that I paid for and my wifeWe'll be happy to show her ID earliest convenience. The level of disrespect And outright aggression From the personnel was Outrageous and disgusting. Obviously I booked another room at another establishmentAnd honestly the money I wasted at this establishment it's not an issue for me it's the horrible Treatment I received and lack of respectAnd consideration.. Please boycott this establishment my words here do not come close to the incentive and cruel not to mention stupid conduct of this establishment employees thank you for your time.
