I’ve chosen to stay at this hotel for quite many times. Considering the price and location, it is suitable for a temporary stay for catching night/morning flights. I was impressed by the cleanliness and service quality, the breakfast was good which is not often the case in UK.
In general, I would see this place as the best option in the Heathrow neighborhood.

This hotel is incredibly over priced for what it is but all hotels here are due to being close to the airport. I got an Uber there from terminal 2 as I was so very tired and the cheapest was £25 to drive you basically up a road. The bus is £1.75 but when you catch it to the airport as I did as I had a coach to get you have to walk to the end of the road to cross over and then walk back on yourself so if you have a lot of luggage or kids this could be an issue.
The shower was dangerous, no grip on the shower tray just a flat base, the cheap metal looking plastic disk that sits on the plug in the shower is not attached so it just spins round the floor for you to tread on or trip on. The shower hose cannot be used properly unless it is attached to the holder so you can't take it off and use it to get bits easier. The clip holding the shower hose is cheap and flimsy, the knob flew off into the shower when I was adjusting it. Plus there is no ventilation in there so the room gets very hot.
There is an Aircon unit but I'm not too sure how well it was working as it was set at 22 and then 19 but I was sweating after my shower as you also can't open a window.
When walking to reception I found that the heating was also on even though it wasn't cold outside.
The staff were nice enough but it just had a cheap feel to it from the layout and the decoration.
Will only stay here again if I'm desperate.

Love this hotel ,very near the airport,I expected arrived from Heathrow airport to hotel around 5 to 10 mins but more earlier,just to my surprise breakfast hv many varieties to choose ,very good ,will cm bk again when I cm to london

Very nice location for Heathrow travellers. Bus stop to Heathrow is just next to the hotel.
Very helpful reception staff. The food wasn’t that great.

Beautiful room, nice and clean. The best burger and chips I have had in the restaurant. Friendly staff. Will come back.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, friendly staff. We had dinner which was good and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices with good coffee. Would certainly use again
