A wonderful resort, ideal for relaxing away from humbug of daily routine. Resort is wonderfully planned and creates a peaceful ambience. Hospitality is of highest order. You feel to be cared for. Mr Narayan Singh recieved us and looked after us throughout. He is always ready to help and resolve our issues. He was so affectionate and simple natured which made us feel at home. A special thanks to him through this review.

Excellent property, Best service. Good and tasty food. Staff are well trainted and very polite. Excellent service. I will 200% recommend this property. Good ambience. Eco friendly. Very calm and quiet place. It is located in real mount Abu. Mr. Narayan Singh has given very good service.

Just back from my stay at this impressive property for a couple of nights. My reservation was through Club Mahindra, and I had opted for a Hotel Unit. Given the numerous negative reviews we had seen lately, we arrived with very low expectations. Location: The hotel is situated far from the main city and is in sipse. proximity te Achalgarb, with Asbelearb parking just 500 meters from the hotel. This is both a blessing and a drawback. While you are far from the hustle and bustle of the congested city, reaching various sightseeing places becomes a challenge. A private vehicle is essential. Rooms: We had chosen a Hotel Unit and found the room to be feily decent. As we were allotted a corner room, it was spacious and had a balcony facing the garden. Though the room wasn't very modernly furnished, it had all basic amenities. Service: Upon arrival, the reception staff advised us to join a WhatsApp group for any service escalations in case of delays. This seemed to be an effort from the management to address service issues, considering the various negative reviews from clients. While there were slight delays in service, we did not feel the need to escalate any issues. We were aware that addressing client needs in such remote and hilly regions has its own challenges and takes time. Food: The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the prices of food items rather than the food itself. While we understood that the place is remote and obtaining basic items is difficult, the prices of food items were exorbitant. While playing in the game room, we found the old menu card (before Club Mahindra took over the place) and realized that the prices of food items had tripled. For example, a Margherita pizza that was priced at around 300 INR in the old menu was now priced at 780 INR in the new menu. This seemed more like cheating rather than maintaining service standards. Additionally, there is a restaurant next to the resort, and we noticed many guests having lunch and dinner there. Overall: Overall, the place is a good option for a couple of nights' stay. It seems that the management is working towards addressing the negative reviews and their impact. However, there is still a lot of work to be done on service, food, and other amenities. I would like to visit the place again in the near future o see if there have been improvements.

Everything was very good and nice staff food service the room was beautiful and neat and clean but there was stone you will get hurt so please cut it or remove it from there so please remove the stone it from the rooms you can come and enjoy in hummingbird resort

Resort is too good for stay I need to give excellent in all aspects My family enjoyed all the amenities. Kids enjoyed playing ground and swings. All indoor games are also very attractive. Breakfast is also having almost all things .I enjoyed south indian and fruits Location is also very good in heart of nature.
