Established in 1894, our hotel near Trento has been changed many times until under the ownership of the Taufer family in the sixties, and is now the Hotel Cima Rosetta, BW Signature Collection.

We stayed 3 nights. Location was perfect, there is a ski bus outside of the hotel. Great spa facility as well. Breakfast could have been better but we had a pleasant stay overall.

UN SOGGIORNO MOLTO POSITIVO CON LA FAMIGLIA. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio con la complicita' di tutto il personale della struttura,per la loro disponibilita',in un ambiente molto curato sotto il profilo della pulizia. Che dire ci siamo sentiti bene,e ci tornerei molto volentieri in futuro. Personale gentile e preparato. Arrivederci a presto!

UN HOTEL CON TUTTO E DI PIù. Al centro di San Martino di Castrozza ad un passo da tutto. L'hotel ha delle camere stupende con viste mozzafiato sui monti circostanti. All'interno, la sala colazione è ampia con grandi vetrate e un buffet fornitissimo per la colizione dolce o salata...Una splendida terrazza solarium... Il ristorante una delizia per tutti i palati.. veramente tutto buonissimo dalla carne al pesce e il personale gentilissimo e preparatissimo. La SPA divina, con saune, bagno turco piscine interne ma soprattutto ESTERNE e dico esterne perchè farsi una sauna su una Botte di legno vista Montagne innevate non ha prezzo o farsi un bagno con idormazzaggio all'aperto guardanto il cielo ed i monti è favolosoooo... Ci ritorneremo sicuramente... e poi per chi ha bamini piccoli c'è anche il servizio di animazione che segue i bambini mentre i genitori si rilassano o fanno la spa in relax. UNA VACANZA INDIMENTICABILE

Ho soggiornato ad Agosto 2023 e devo dire che l' Hotel è strutturato veramente bene, a partire dell'accoglienza dove ho trovato personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad aiutarmi in tutto e per tutto, al direttore che è stato molto professionale e disponibile venendo in contro a tutte le mie esigenze. Anche io servizio ristorazione dalla cucina, con lo chef che cucina piatti molto buoni e dal piacevole impiattamento, al mâitre molto professionale e tutti i ragazzi camerieri. La Spa veramente carina e ben strutturata, forse toglierei la possibilità di ingresso agli esterni dell'hotel quando già c'è maggiore affluenza da parte degli ospiti dell' hotel. Le pale di San Martino che si vedono dall'hotel sono mozzafiato, uniche e straordinarie. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e torneremo sicuramente, a presto.

Sono alcuni anni che possiamo le nostre vacanze invernali in questo albergo negli anni si e’ sempre migliorato offrendo tanti servizi,una spa sempre in evoluzione per un perfetto relax,ottima colazione variegata e buona cucina,camere rinnovate con letti comodi.

Non è un hotel confortevole: stanze scomode per assenza spazi. Nei bagni non c'è nulla per appoggiare nulla neanche gli asciugamani che rimangono su uno sgabello accartocciati, la doccia non ha porta e non ci sono finestre. La camera è rumorosa perché da all'estero e gli infissi non isolano. Ristorante: cibo discreto ma troppo affollata e di conseguenza rumorosissima. Servizi: non ha la convenzione con gli skibus come altre strutture compresi i residence, per raggiungere gli impianti bisogna pagare la loro navetta o biglietti skibus. Attenzione al checkout, errori per addebiti non dovuti (tassa di soggiorno bambini).

Siamo tornati da un weekend a San Martino. Prenotato all' ultimo secondo data la nevicata prevista per il weekend. I servizi sono ottimi. La nostra camera tripla era spaziosa,sono stati gentili a fornirci una spondina per il nostro bimbo. Come spunto di miglioramento metterei la possibilità di avere accappatoi per bambini alla piscina e forse la sala colazioni un po' piccola rispetto al numero di ospiti,ma nel complesso la vista sulla nevicata all' esterno impagabile 😊. Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti, ci piacerebbe ritornare.
