First time here with my best friend Emma we loved it !! 5 minutes walk from the beach great food best views… Big room with the best view of the pool. Amazing entertainment every night and most of all best staff massive thank you to Esmi, Julian and Egli ❤️

First time visit to this hotel with family and had a great time, despite a few negatives, which with a bit of thought and maybe cash injection, could be rectified easily. Plenty of positives though. The restaurant and waiting staff are fantastic, a special shout out to Egli and Manoli who accommodated our every need with a smile and friendly chat. Also, the lady who serves the (fantastic) coffee at breakfast - shame you can only get it at breakfast, always smiling and friendly and the lady who greets at the door - and I'm sorry I didn't get their names. The reception staff could take a lesson or two from them, we didn't find them the friendliest, maybe because they are sitting opposite the soulless lounge / bar area, which could do with some gentle music maybe? Something to make you want to stay for a drink. Plus, the coffee we had in there was possibly the worst I've ever had in my life, in a Costa cup AND not part of the all inclusive - which is poor. The hotel and grounds are spotlessly clean, as are the rooms - sheets changed daily and pool / bath towels every other day - but always had plenty. Rooms are very tired and ours was a tad depressing with two huge trees blocking the view to the pool, bedside table lamps especially could do with replacing! Not enough hangers in the wardrobe, and all with trouser hanging clips which snag on delicate material. Not much space, i.e. shelves for clothes at all really - and please, how about a full length mirror? Small issues which make a lot of difference. Metal chairs on balcony could do with replacing for something more comfortable. I know the hotel mention in many responses to reviews, that guests should point this out during the visit and they would rectify, but these are basic things which should be picked up by hotel management checks and not down to the guest to keep complaining. However, beds are really comfortable and we slept really well. The kids' pool is great, however the food there is a bit hit and miss - the fishfingers are well, not fish fingers and the chips after sitting there for hours are inedible, sandwiches in the heat are pointless after 15 minutes. Ice cream mind you was superb! Soft drinks not up to much, all tasted of nasty syrup and even the sparkling water had a weird taste. Dangerous aspect around one of the pools, including the baby circle pool, spotted by us on the first day - the plastic drainage grating around the edge had gaps big enough for little hands and feet (or even big ones) to go through, not fitted properly and bits missing. We did see somebody going around putting in new bits a few days later, but then witnessed somebody going straight through them on another day. They are plastic and in the heat will become very brittle. No warning anywhere not to step on them and you wouldn't think not to. This is something that should have been picked up as a matter of urgency. Many sunbeds need replacing, sagging in the middle and a few coming away from

This was my 4th Time here and it never loses it's appeal, the staff are amazing and so friendly and it's good to see the same staff every time we've been back. Very clean rooms, food is excellent and never have to worry about getting a bed by the pool. Coming back in July with all the family.

Went here in May bank holiday week.The hotel is very clean and bright,decor is good.95% of staff were brilliant.The maid service was friendly,towels changed every day,water restocked every day for the fridge.Waiting staff were all polite,genial and gave swift efficient service.Joanne,Manolis and many more made our stay that bit more pleasant.The food selection and quality was excellent.Staples of chips,pasta and salad always on but also multiple choices of hot dishes.Pools were clean and not cold.My only gripe would be the same as previous guests that the entertainment could be improved.We would definitely go again to this hotel and area.

Such a nice hotel. Amazing staff, very delicious food and the atmosphere overall was just great. Our room was very nice and clean. Restaurant was very inviting and such a great variety of food that meets any taste. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Our first time holidaying the Greece and we will definitely be back. The hotel was lovely and set up perfectly for families. We had a VIP maisonette which worked perfectly for our young family giving us the freedom to use the main pools (all good temperatures after the initial shock getting in) or some quieter time in our own pool. The hotel itself was beautiful clean, the staff worked tirelessly and were all so polite and attentive. The location is within walking distance to the Sisi harbour and village and the hotel runs a shuttle to a local sandy beach around 10 mins away. The absolute stand out of our holiday was the kids club. Our two girls LOVED going and were upset when they couldn’t go. The staff were professional, caring and made a real effort with all the children. Highly recommend!

Just returned from a 10 day trip with my husband and 2 children. The staff are what makes this hotel. All are lovely. I really wanted to love this hotel but I wouldn't visit again, despite thr area being beautiful. The daytime entertainment was non existent apart from aqua aerobics. Whilst sat at the main pool there was zero daytime entertainment, no music despite there being a net in the pool never saw one game of volleyball being played. It was advertised that there were darts etc but never saw one organised dart game take place (and the dartboard was falling apart). Cottons bar was completely soulless, and the evening entertainment wasn't not great they had a girl and boy duo playing the violin and guitar and they were brilliant. The lobby bar never had anyone in it Worst drinks I've had in an all inclusive white wine was like paint ********, cocktails were not great, no rose wine or cava, it's the least I've ever drank on holiday! Rooms were lovely and kept immaculate paid extra for a Seaview room and definitely worth it. Food was good, although not great choices for puddings and not sure why they only had baklava at lunchtime and not in the evening as that was the bestbit! We didn't use the a la carte restaurants so can't comment on them. There were always sun loungers round the pool first hotel I've been to where there didn't seem to be sunbed saving! Snackbar was great and staff here lovely, the lifeguard on duty was also lovely. Pools were great and we loved the slides! I honestly wouldn't rate this hotel as a 5 * I'd say a 3.5 Don't think we'd come back but it was a nice breakaway Also just to note that if you wanted bottled water from the bar they charge you! I wanted one for the transfer bus and was told 5 euro for a large bottle or 3euro for a small one! Needless to say I didn't bother.

This was our second visit to the Vasia, after coming here last year, and it did not disappoint, in actual fact it has got even better! If like me you are looking for a hotel to really relax then this is the place to come. The whole vibe of the resort is calm and chilled. We were booked into a superior double (upgrade much appreciated thank you) which was a lovely, spacious room overlooking the main pool area, this can be noisy during the day, but come 6pm when everything is turned off, it becomes nice and quiet. The showers in this room are amazing! 3 functions and quite powerful. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard everyday and bottled water is left in the fridge. The food had improved so much since our last visit, don't get me wrong, I had no complaints last year, it was of a good standard for an all inclusive resort, but it has definitely gone up a few levels this year. I enjoyed every meal we ate there. Every pool area was well maintained and very clean, we preferred the peace of the main pool by the restaurant, yes the water is cold, but when it was knocking 30 degrees that is just what we wanted. As we are not really drinkers, we explored the area every night, Sissi is such a beautiful area, totally unspoilt at the moment, though I did see quite a few new hotels being built so I do hope this doesn't ruin this lovely area. We always felt safe and everyone we met was really friendly. I love the main shopping area, as someone that likes to buy locally made souvenirs and gifts I was really spoilt for choice. Just sitting down on the harbour, admiring the amazing sunsets was the perfect end to our day. Lastly but by no means least, the most important part, the amazing staff at the Vasia, they are so helpful, hardworking, kind and friendly. From the lovely man who made my omelette every morning, to the smiling restaurant staff, the friendly reception team and my always happy room maid, not one member of staff passed without acknowledging us. We will be back very soon, and I already cannot wait. Thank you everyone for making our holiday the best it could have been.

Some staff members are rude, it’s not all inclusive as after 10pm you’ve got to pay for your drinks even pop Most of the time you’ve got to eat out There’s no entertainment at all it’s extremely quiet There’s only 3 swimming and 2 bars including 1 restaurants There’s nothing to do around the resort and if you do day trips you’ve got to pay extra to go into caves etc Sun lounges are broken and you just sink into them Beds are uncomfortable I wouldn’t recommend this
