DownTown Inn

Grossly overpriced. No maid service. Front desk hrs are supposedly from 2 - 9 PM, but don't count on it. Is the place "downtown?" No. It would be better named the "Edge of Town Inn." Cancellation policy is terrible. Would I stay there again? NO!!!

What a very well-kept property. The lady at the front desk was so very kind. Our rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. I really loved the extra care of the towels. The bathroom had a small makeup towel which we had never seen before. The towels were folded and presented with care on the towel racks. The bath area was very clean. The room was on second floor with a view toward the town of Sister Bay and the bay area. Walking was easy to get to the restaurants and the shops. The rooms were at night were very peaceful. Did not hear any outside noises. We felt very safe parking our vehicle behind the building. I would highly suggest this property. We even met a very nice couple from Iowa that have always stayed here. The only thing is there is no breakfast in the morning, but they have a very nice coffee machine and a small refrigerator to use. You can get some cherry donuts a day ahead and enjoy them with a cup of coffee on the nice deck with comfortable chairs right outside your door.

Last minute, and lucky! Great place. Super super clean, most important, nice location, room was nice and nice to have a little balcony. We really enjoyed the place, and the hosts were friendly and so accommodating. Thank you!
