Casa Blue Marine, Philian Collection

We only stayed here for one night in transit from Alonnisos to Athens. The pictures look very different from where we ended up: it is located walking distance from the ferry with the entrance in the road parallel to the boulevard. Feels like a back entrance where you wlak between plastic doors, take stairs down and you end up in the rooms on 1st floor: overlooking the harbor of Skiathos but you have the roofs of the restaurants in front of you as well as lots of people. Rooms are redone and they look ok but couch is still old, bathroom was a bit weird. Certainly in one of our rooms it was bright red and you needed sunglasses to be able to shower there. For one night - all ok. No breakfast though.

Good communication before arrival and a lady was waiting for me with the key.It’s five minutes from the ferry and close to everything. Good large room with sea view balcony. The cleaning lady is kind and helpful.

I had a one night stay before going to the airport the next day. This room was close to restaurants, the harbor, the taxi stand, the museum ... a wonderful place to stay. The hostess was very responsive and the room was very clean and gorgeous. The only change I would make would be for the window in the bathroom to be one that could lock or have bars on it, or that the bathroom could have a functional lock. I would definitely stay again.

An amazing one night stay after arriving in the evening and booking a next morning ferry. I would have loved to have stayed longer. Great location for the port and the airport not to mention an explore of the town. Hospitality from Eleni on meeting me was fantastic. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay, ideally situated by the new port of Skiathos town. Close to the bus, taxis, boat trips and all the lovely tavernas. The Beautifully maintained room was cleaned every day including clean bed sheets, towels and bath mats, excellent ! The lady who cleaned the room was so polite and did a fabulous job. Great air-con an absolute necessity in July/Aug! Was like walking in to a lovely cool fridge after a hot day on the beach. Just perfect. Eleni was on hand when we arrived and had arranged a pick up from the airport for us for a small price. She was always on hand if needed. All in all a fabulous 2 week stay at the Casa Blue Marine we will certainly return. Thank you !!!

Fantastic location, comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly- especially Eleni with nothing going too much trouble, including her contacting us prior to the holiday!

Eleni was terrific. Extremely comfortable (very firm yet supple) bed. Very red bathroom. Great shower. Fantastic view. Only two things that could be negatives. First, it’s right above bar/cafe area so a bit noisy but somehow it didn’t keep us up. Must’ve been the way comfortable bed. Second, there was a bit of a sulphuric smell for part of the day. But it seems a bit churlish to mention it. If you’re just staying the night to get the ferry to Skopelos, you can’t do better. And did I mention that Eleni was terrific?

Currently staying at Casa Blue Marine. Situated directly overlooking the port of Skiathos. Terrific location which couldn't be more central. We are staying in Room 201. Very spacious room, which has all the amenities you would require. Extremely clean, and there's a lovely lady who comes in daily to make up the room. Breakfast is available, though this is taken at Archontika, which is a short 5 minute walk from the rooms. Breakfast is a simple affair with either orange juice or coffee available, together with omelettes or toasties. But for a €5 euro fee, it was decent value. Have been very impressed by Eleni. She was on hand to meet us on arrival on show us to the room. She is so polite, and is there if ever you need advice or assistance. Her frequent messages to us were certainly helpful. Just one point of note. The rooms are directly above a popular bar/restaurant, so there is an element of noise going into the evening, though this didn't really bother us. Al in all, its been a lovely stay. If you want a room located in the heart of Skiathos Town, then Casa Blue Marine is definitely worth considering. 👍

Prima locatie,kort bij de haven en de ferries.De appartementen zijn ruim en hebben een leuk terras.De onthaalhost Eleni is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.Wat nachtlawaai veroorzaakt door de onderliggende pizzazaak kan de nachtrust verstoren vooral tijdens het hoogseizoen.
