We arrived at 4:00pm dropped our things and left to go shopping. When we returned we noticed no sheets for the pull-out couch. We then unfolded the couch in both rooms… ugh! 1 had blood stains on the mattress cover and the other was an old brown stained twin mattress on a queen pull-out. I went to try and find a manager. None on sight but a very sweet lady wondering the halls with a clipboard helped us. She went and took the soiled linens and got another mattress to replace the soiled twin one. We then noticed that the microwave was rusted and also did not work and there was no toilet paper. We discovered the toilet paper at 4 o’clock in the morning! When I went to the acting manager the next morning and said there was no toilet paper her response was, “you right, you right, my bad“. I will be calling corporate on Monday morning first thing!

Great staff. Management was so polite made me feel at home. Good area closer baseball stadium which was cool & tons of restaurants within walking distance

There are a few decent people on the staff, Desmond, Lonnie, and Ms.Vivian to name a few however, there has been a recent staff turnover where a lot of the wrong people left and vice versa. The new manager is absolutely rude and disrespectful. After a fire occurred on the property recently, I witnessed her be very rude to a guest for simply asking "when the hot water would be restored?" Really? No hot water for 2 days and you get an attitude because someone asks you a simple question? No respect or decency. They have a small problem with bugs on the property and will insist on entering your room and spraying an absolutely horrific smelling spray all over the 'inside' of your room. I've never heard of such a thing. A mouse found it's way into my room somehow. I could go on and on about this place. There are better options nearby.

Enjoyed my stay and staff was very friendly. They made me and my family feel welcomed. The rooms were nice and spacious mighti add very comfortable. Everything is in walking distance. When I return this will be my go to place to stay without a doubt.

The staff were great! The hotel itself needs a lot of work. Furniture outdated as well as the paint on the walls. There is rust around the doors, light fixtures, sink, and bathtub. Carpet is outdated and mold on bathroom door. Mattress need to be replaced.This is not healthy for guest.

Great customer service. Nice area. Everything in walking distance. Highly recommended. My wife and I made a great choice. Friendly environment. The staff and hpuse keepers were a real added bonus. They did a great a great job. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wildwood location! Ms.Lura and Mrs. Kamica are very welcoming! They provided me with a smooth and fast check-in as well as a clean spacious room! Good people! I would recommend this hotel everytime someone asks!

I wouldn't recommend staying at this location unless you absolutely have to. They recently underwent some staff makeovers and it seems that all of the wrong people have departed and vice versa. Vivian and Desmond are solid respectable people who treat customers with professionalism and dignity at all times. I cannot say the same for the new manager. There was a fire on the premises recently and the water was off for 2 days. I went down to the front desk to ask if they were aware of the situation and if they had any idea when it would be resolved? Her response, "when they come and fix it." I'm sure you can use your imagination to picture her angelic demeanor.

They did everything they was supposed to do and the staff working was so friendly I would most definitely be coming back. Everything that I needed they gave to me with no problem and the rooms looked way better in person then online but I most definitely like this hotel
