Rooms nice and ours was big, it has a spa Bath but no bath luxuries supplied, receptionist was a pleasant lady. Arrived in the evening, during a heavy rain storm, after a long journey from UK. Was told no facilities at the hotel for lunch or dinner, no facilities in the room or at the hotel to get a coffee. It does not state this on its website only when you arrive. Was told we could go to the nearest village 8 Kms away to get a meal, the only decent restaurant there was closed and their were a few bars there, however none offered food. Got back to hotel to find the room we were in, the roof had leaked ( due to the torrential rain) and the floor was drenched….. we were shown another room which was much smaller and the corridor to that was flooded due to a leak in the roof over that. The second and third room was too small as we had a dog, so stayed in original room with bucket to collect the water and towels over the floor. Due to stay two nights, however, checked out the next morning and headed off and found a more acceptable hotel. The hotel situation is very rural, which is nice. The hotel offers an acceptable breakfast and that is it. The rooms should have tea and coffee making facilities as standard due to no availability any where else locally, these rooms are not cheap. The website needs to be more transparent. Maybe have a honest box so people could help themselves to drinks and maybe snacks and pay for them. Car parking isn’t on site it’s about 50 m away and unsecured. Across from the hotel is a poor dog that is tethered to a wall day and night by a metal chain and probably due to being so stressed, it barks routinely day and night, ear plugs needed as you hear it clearly in the rooms at the front. I spoke with the owner about our experience and lack of facilities, no service recovery was offered by him at that time, the next morning the receptionist took the cost of the dog staying which was a nice touch. For me this hotel needs to look at the lack of facilities it doesn’t offers, as it’s so remote more has to be available at the hotel. Over all I found it a disappointing experience.

The hotel is beautiful! On the river with the gurgle sound of the river to fall asleep to. Ana, who checked us in, was the most wonderful person you could ever imagine. So welcoming and kind. She also made the food for the breakfast banquet that is offered ! Trust me, you don’t want to miss that!

Had the pleasure to spend one night here. Great stay. Very recommended if you’re looking forward to relaxing surrounded by nature. In-room jacuzzi and sauna were awesome!

Fuimos hace meses por un regalo y nos encantó, fueron muy amables y nos gustó mucho el desayuno. Hemos vuelto ayer y para empezar nos volvieron locos para que canceláramos la reserva y la hiciéramos de otra forma llamándonos la noche antes a las 22:30 de la noche… Llegamos y nos dicen que entre semana el desayuno empieza a las 9:15 por ser entre semana… Explicamos que necesitaríamos el desayuno antes por tener que ir a trabajar y a pesar de tenerlo pagado no nos ofrecieron opciones. La habitación como siempre muy bonita y cómoda pero no volveremos por el mal detalle.

Perfecto, sitio tranquilo, limpieza , desayuno buffet completo. Por comentar algo, solo que no existe servicio comedor, y no hay cerca nada (a pie).

Fui con mi pareja a pasar una noche. Llegamos 10 minutos antes de la hora de entrada y tuvimos que esperar en la calle a que dieran en punto porque la entrada es autónoma y se realiza con códigos, por lo que no hay nadie en recepción. La habitación bien, salvo por una pedazo de humedad en el techo debido, supongo, al jacuzzi de la habitación de arriba. Por la noche se oía absolutamente todo y como he dicho previamente no hay nadie en recepción así que te aguantas. En cuanto al desayuno lo mejor de la reserva sin duda, buen ambiente de cafetería junto al río. En resumen, es una habitación que no debería pasar de los 60-70 euros porque los servicios no se corresponden a una de 200.

Es un hotel precioso, espectacular para ir en pareja. La habitación preciosa, con todos los detalles. El jacuzzi perfecto, comodísimo, con luces,... Desayuno muy rico y en una salita con cristalera donde ves el río y toda la vegetación. Un hotel para repetir sin duda

Hemos estado hace una semana en la habitación con sauna y no podemos poner ninguna pega. La habitación es preciosa y cuidado al mínimo detalle, el desayuno muy rico con unas vistas preciosas y el personal muy agradable. Destacar la atención de Silvia, nos recibió a la llegada al hotel el viernes y nos recomendó varios sitios a los que ir a cenar ya que no había opción de cenar en el hotel. Muy simpática y profesional. Gracias por hacernos la estancia más agradable. Volveremos ;)

El mejor hotel en que he estado en años y he viajado por todo el mundo, el entorno espectacular, los sitios a los que ir geniales, el desayuno mejor de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Sería absolutamente Perfecto con cafetería 12 horas y restaurante. Que admitan mascotas es lo máximo. Volveremos todos los años.
