Ibis Sofia Airport Hotel

Oda biraz eski tarza sahip. Televizyon küçük. Ayrılmış zamanım için havaalanına servis zamanında gelmedi (30 + dakika bekledim), ancak bunun yaygın olup olmadığından emin değilim. Kahvaltı harika (otelin derecesi göz önüne alındığında - çeşitli sıcak seçenekler). Harika şehir manzarası ve odada otopark. Arkadaş canlısı kadro.

Hey friends! A night at the hotel, me and my wife. I called from the airport and asked for a shuttle - within 7 minutes a shuttle came. Beautiful! Check in for a few minutes - short and to the point and professional. A room was already ready. Reasonable, tasty and varied breakfast. On the floor of the rooms there is a facility with hot and cold water and sparkling water. I have not met anything like this in any hotel in Europe, Japan or the Middle East. Good air conditioning in the room and soundproofing. For the negative: TV in the room includes satellite broadcasts, only there is no explanation for activation?! No channel list either?! No glasses in the room?!; There is a water heater and no coffee or tea at all?!; Water pressure in the shower is weak and also not very hot water. Must note that for a fee you can buy a cup of coffee in the lobby 24/7. In conclusion: nice place, nice staff, and not bad value for the price. recommend Best regards, Dr. Joseph Guy

No fuss for airport hotel stay. Very close to airport, free shuttle and adequate breakfast.

The hotel is not worth your money as it's rooms are very poor, beds were a piece of wood with a piece of foam on top. I couldn't sleep all night long. The room is tiny bearly your could walk. not going to book it again.

We stayed here because our flight arrived late night and shuttle bus came to the sofia airport after calling the hotel. We prefer to get the shuttle bus without calling (ex. it's better if we can call the bus by app or text etc). However, the driver and all staff were really nice and friendly. Our train was very early morning so we asked the hotel to prepare our breakfast and it was really good! Thank you. Our room didn't have bathroom rug.

No complaints for a stopover. Close to airport and restaurant was good decent food

Well if you like arriving at 2am after travelling for 14 hours and then the hotel cannot find a room with any hot water, then this is the hotel for you. Not the reception guys fault he tried his best, but an airport hotel with no hot water? Never, never again! Also the room (4th one I got changed to) had the A/C stuck on cold. Freezing shower followed by a freezing room with no blankets or duvets in sight. Checked out at first light. And this is an Ibis part of the Accor group?
