Lovely family hotel in the heart of Sofia. Very convenient location within walking distance to metro, Vitosha Blvd., National Palace of Culture, Al. Nevski Cathedral and so on. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and English-speaking. Breakfast was good. It had all you need, though not many tables for groups of 4 for example. Restaurant was also good - Greek food, good prices and polite staff. If I could point out a negative thing it would be that it can be a bit noisy in the evening. But considering the central location you can not expect complete silence either. Almost next to the hotel there is a small store for fruits and vegetables with amazing strawberries.

A very pleasant small hotel, centrally situated and only a few minutes walk from all the popular sites and many good restaurants. Our room was compact but with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was good - hot and cold buffet style. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming.We ate at the hotel's associated restaurant on one evening, generous portions of well-cooked greek-style food at reasonable prices. Our only (tiny) issue was that the heating was turned up too high!

Everything was good, nice large room with balcony, good breakfast, staff was very friendly, hotel next to Metro. There are also some soft comfortable pillows in the cabinet. Definitely recommend this hotel to others

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms can be a little small, but can't complain at this prove. The staff are very nice.

I've lost count of the number of times we have stayed at Hotel Niky, which hopefully says it all! As ever ticked all the boxes from our collection at Sofia Airport to our departure. The staff genuinely cannot do enough for you.

I especially liked one of the staff gentleman who was very very helpful and kind! The breakfast was great, the rooms were comfortable. I recommend adding a "please be quiet" sign in the hallways because when guests come in at night and talk loudly, it echoes throughout the hallway.

Very good relation between quality and price. Very polite and good workers on the desk and in the bar. The breakfast is normal-good. The workers help you to everything without more charges. Very good

Very pleasant place to stay in central Sofia. I have been staying here for the past 15 years and it is always good.

The property is very quite and clean, I had charming cosy room with the balcony on upper floor. The staff was excellent. Tsvetan on reception desk was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend.
