Good: Very spacious room with great view and a balcony! Bathroom had a rain shower. Walkable to Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion which has great night view. Bus opposite hotel goes directly to Seoraksan. Walking distance to Intercity Bus Terminal.
Bad:
1. Front desk. I asked about the swimming pool when it was before 9PM. Official closing time was 10PM and last entry was 9:30PM. Front desk staff told me the swimming pool entry has closed for the day even though it's not 9PM yet.
2. Only had housekeeping once even though I stayed for 4 nights. This was not explained during check in.

Everything was clean and the staff was so polite. They didn’t rush me out of the room. The photos match the actual room so I was happy about that. The pool and views were amazing. Thank you so much. Will come again. I also loved the location as it’s easy for travelers without cars. I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast as I woke up late but hopefully next time 😊

Avoid weekend, too many people but lack of elevators. Other than that, everything was ok.

창밖의 뷰가 정말 예쁘고 엘레베이터 줄은 정말 길어요
객실은 깨끗하고 주방읔 있지만 집기류가 일체없어 개인이 준비해 오셔야 하고, 세탁기는 사용 불가입니다.
밤에 조용한데 파도소리가 들리는 위치는 아니에요
도보로 식당가에 이동이 가능합니다

除了交通方便哪裡都不好。
辦理入住手續的時候前台是來大姨媽了嗎？一副苦大仇深的樣子。我老公手機訂了一晚，我用攜程訂了一晚，我們去確認第二晚的時候小姐姐變成請小哥哥，還是態度冷淡
房間靠海風景不錯，房間設備有冰箱、洗衣機、電磁爐、熱水壺、衹有冰箱和熱水壺能用。洗衣機就是個擺設！浴室裏沒有牙刷需要自己準備，香皂你找他要他給你。有浴液洗髮水什麼的，但是還是自己帶吧！洗澡水一會涼一會熱的！
我們是兩晚上但是不知道為什麼不給打掃房間？被子不換就算了，垃圾給整理一下吧……我們自己整理的！打前台電話永遠不接，前台態度不好也懶得去找！
退房也是，電梯得等半個多小時！最後我們選擇上樓然後再下來。
