Hotel Surya International

I had prior booking but on reception they told that rooms are not available and internal issues of hotel are lot. Also i had told for room cleaning but same was not done

Hotel location is good and accessible from the railway station. The staff is non courteous and needs training probably the reception girl who thinks she owns the property, when requested for a 2 hr delayed checkout due to delay in train she refused saying that bookings from make my trip cannot be extended even though at the time of check in we did at 11 pm. It is recommended to train the staff with appropriate behaviour so as to attract more buisness.

The stay was satisfactory, the room service was good, the breakfast was awesome and the behaviour of the staff was good

Good stay food was good, but water kept in room 2nd day was not the same water kept on 1st day tasteless.

Rooms are different as we saw. Bathroom is very congested. Over all service is on average.

Property is good, staff is caring, food quality is ok. Room is clean, washroom is also good and hygiene

It is very safe to live. The quality of breakfast is very good. Staff service is very good. Room service is also available on time. I stay there for two-three days every month.

Excellent stay & good experience with surya hotel. Good food & amenities. Location is also good in solapur area.
