Hotel utsav grand location and overall appearance is good. They need to improve the upkeep of the rooms (missing covers from profile lights, squeaking fans, bed sheet with holes, washroom (stinky, dirty with dripping water, no exaust fans, hotel meals were average only.

It wasn’t something exquisite but it was decent in all regards. Can be visited again too. I would say the management could have been better regarding the room service.

The heater wasn’t working, hot water was not available

No hot water, no breakfast, there was a rain water leakage from window. House keeping staff was not there. Room cleaning was not done. Too-many mosquitoes. Continuously power cut was there due to this a/cwas not working. Leakages in the toilet. Please don’t recommend this place to anybody in future.

Luxury is synonym word for Hotel Utsav Grand Sonipat...love every bit of it. Exceptional services and Amazing welcoming staff. In future when I again visit Sonipat I love to stay here only. The Food was also Delicatesse.

Best Hotel in Sonipat, staff is so polite and courteous.. professional staff. Rooms are also clean and properly maintained… Foods is too good specifically Paneer butter Masala.. I love that… 100 % recommend for family stay.. Great property

Except clean and big room, everything was bad. Unprofessional staff and unhygienic food. They didn't serve complementary breakfast at all. They even charging for water as well. Complementary disappointment.

There were mosquito in the room
asked if the tv would work they said it won't work directly
staff rude behaviour the bed was uncomfortable
