This was an exceptional experience. The hotel arranged everything from my transportation to/from the camp, to the boat safaris, to my meals. Unfortunately I didn’t see a tiger but I did see some other wildlife. I would recommend staying three nights if you can to improve your chances in seeing a tiger.

It was a good experience to stay in peace. The facilities provided were good. They have provided all support with boat travel as well as other requirements towards having jungle safari. The only drawback is providing breakfast in the boat. Please try to give it hot by using casserole etc

Very good staff very prompt service provided Nice stay with good food Enjoyed my stay with my friends Surrounding of resort was good with trees all around I e very close to nature During night time and early morning it was very peaceful I had very good sleep and was in very nice mood in the morning

We had a great experience staying in the resort and taking mind blowing boat trips with topnotch hospitality and expert local guide. It was a relaxing as well as educative trip for all of us. The staff of the resort and boat were really competent, very friendly and prompt in listening to our needs and quickly responding it. The boat was spic and span( we had a private boat), the food was delicious, and the wonders of nature, especially in the narrow creek with low tide were beyond what the words can express. We had watched a jatra about Bon Debi with fascination, although we did not speak or understood Bengali. I recommend this resort very highly. A trip to Sunderbans should be on top of the bucket lists of all those who wish to experience the language of complete silence!

Good location and services…… Nice meal options for breakfast + lunch + dinner ……. Boat safari was well managed with meals onboard throughout the journey . Resort has well managed recreational facilities like pool , table tennis and foosball with a special playing area fir kids under a certain age with monitoring

I took a 2 days one night package on 27.12.11, for my family. We were booked in a quadruple hut. The tour started from Deshapriya park. The bus taking us to the ferry point was comfortable. Snacks were served on the way. An atmosphere of thrill associated with wild life tracking was sought to be created with a nice documentary . Thankfully, shrill Bolly/tollywood music usually played on trip buses was absent letting the passengers enjoy the tranquil rural Bengal countryside. The road was very rough courtesy West Bengal govt , but we cant really fault the organizers. Tea served in micromini cups, was the only sore point of the bus trip. The launch that took us to the camp was comfortable, with adequate seating. The views of the river were gorgeous. The camp had clean rooms, good food & a nice ambience & no one hovering for tips. In fact much better than expected in such a remote location. Do not hope for a tiger though - just have a nice outing but more than 2 days maybe tedious unless a wildlife enthusiast.

We spent 2 nights at the camp, with a sunset cruise, a full-day boat safari, and a visit to the local village. The highlight was a tiger sighting, but the camp and staff weren't far behind. They were attentive and accommodating, and we enjoyed the amenities and food. Soubhik was an excellent guide throughout, introducing us to the wonders of the mangrove forests, and he was well supported by the camp manager and the rest of the staff.
