The resort located in Sunderbans is quite extensive with greenery and water bodies all around. Rooms are okay but nothing very modern. Clean and well maintained. Toilets need to be modernised.Food served is sumptuous but needs to be arranged more professionally, lunch and dinner too Bengali based. Should have a more panIndia out look.Quality of cooking is ordinary. How ever the staff and management personnel’s are very polite and helpful. They attend to all the requirements with a smile. The main problem is with regard to the package offered for Sunderbans tour. In the morning at the pick up point at about 7.45 am small packet is given with out any egg or bananas. Hardly adequate. There after the next meal ( lunch) is at1.45 pm.6 hours gap. In the boat only some tea and biscuits are offered. This gap is too much especially for kids and senior citizens. Lunch should have been served in the boat . This is a serious problem which the management should think about seriously.

A pleasure as ever to stay at this beautiful venue. The charm of the surroundings is matched with that of the Camps efficient and most friendly personnel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and being with Soubhik a true gentleman and Ayan from the Forest Department who is so informative. Such a pleasure be in the company for so many hours with them and then after all day searching by boat returning to the comfort and hospitality of the Camp. I hope I will return very highly recommended. Many thanks to all.

It was one of the greatest experience of my life. I had 2 nights 3 days tour and stayed in this hotel. Beautiful accommodations, the room was clean with AC (I chose AC room), and they had many food selections in buffet style. Even though I couldn’t see the tiger, just experiencing and going through the actual mangrove creek was an outstanding moment for nature lover. I saw the deers, lot of birds including the king fisher, and monkeys. If you like the nature and adventure, this is your place. Also, I didn’t feel like lefted alone as a solo. The staff were so kind and caring. You could enjoy as a group or alone.

A beautiful resort amid nature with very comfortable staying arrangement and sumptuous food . We went during holi for 2N/3D program and enjoyed the stay . They also organised holi rituals and cultural programs on both the evenings. Excellent hospitality from beginning to end of the trip, all the stuff were very cordial and always serve with smile. Overall a very satisfying experience to remember and cherish .

Excellent hospitality, big thanks to Tiger Camp Team. If anyone is willing to relax few days in nature leaving day to day stressful life....Waxpol Tiger Camp, Sundarban will be the perfect place to take a break. Amazing cottages in natural habitats, fresh air to breath, greenary, flowers, chirping of birds takes your mind away from city life. Excellent services, delicious food, mesmerizing forest Safari in the day time and in the evening folk songs,folk dance, drama by local people are the adding speciality to feel forest life staying very close to the world's largest mangroove forest.We sighted many wild animals during safary, it was just breathe taking experience for me and my family.Must stay in Tiger camp if you have plan to visit Sundarban.

This is an exclusive property in sundarban. Not affordable for the commoners. The property location is excellent just 5 minutes boat ride from Sajnekhali tiger reserve. The rooms are spacious. Television won't disturb the natural solemnity of the place. A variety of birds can be seen within the premises. I request travellers to save drinking water and electricity. Sweet water needs to be transported from elsewhere and rain water is stored. This place and the neighborhood in the satjelia island got wired electricity after year 2011.

Sundarban Tiger camp ... is a home away from home in Nature. Peaceful resort environment. Staff behaviour praise worthy. Good quality of food with many varities. Recharge ownself with evening activities. Boat journey was good. Neat and clean in all respects.The best part is the employees who are very courteous and always ready to help.In short, it was a caring , comfortable and exiting trip from start to end .

The camp and the staff is awesome. The camp itself is excellent place for birding. The rooms are nice and clean. Within the camp we viewed spotted owl, paradise fly catcher. The guide is great and possess good knowledge about the flora and fauna.
