The Address Citywest

The staff was incredibly helpful in terms of helping me and my husband plan our wedding from beginning to end! The room we had was also super comfortable and the food for both the wedding and in the restaurant was 10/10, thank you all so much! :)

We recently celebrated our wedding in the Lodge at the Address Hotel, Citywest. Nathan and his team were so helpful from start to finish and the day went so smoothly thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail. It was a pleasure to work with Nathan in the preparation for the wedding and on the day. All our requests were looked after perfectly. The Lodge venue was such a beautiful location for our wedding and was so unique in comparison to other venues/hotels that we viewed. We had our ceremony in the Garden Room followed by a drinks reception in the ground floor with exclusive use of the garden. We then had our wedding meal and evening celebrations in the Kingswood Suite. The food from the North restaurant was amazing and appeals to all tastes and dietary requirements. We would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a unique and personal experience. Aoife and Aidan

Very good stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent in the “North” restaurant. Sushant, the night manager was very kind and helpful. Room was very spacious, beds very comfy. The sauna in the the gym was a nice addition. Would recommend to stay here.

I'm a regular at The Address Citywest. The staff and the hotel are excellent. Tonight I want to praise the young Chef who cooked my fillet steak to perfection! The presentation was excellent and perfectly delivered to the table by Layla, what a team! This lad will go far in his chosen profession! The team at this hotel are superb, couldn't ask for nicer people to welcome you home after a long day at work.

Staff lovely. Facilities good but the noise is ridiculous. No sleep as it sounds like traffic is driving through the room (& windows are closed). No ear plugs and nothing can be done as fully booked. I will never book here again. Shame as it is a nice hotel in a decent location. Some triple glazing would work wonders

Having seen the hotel from the motorway I was pleasantly surprised when I actually got inside the hotel. (It look a little dated from the outside) Great private parking with lots of space to begin with. Then reception was beautifully decorated, super clean and modern. The team on reception were friendly and check in was swift. I had upgraded to a club room and it didn't disappoint, fully equipped and spacious. Super comfy bed. The room was opposite a function room and on the second night of my stay there was a wedding. there were kids running around on the balcony being particularly noisy but they ran out of steam about 10pm and apart from some music it all went nice and quiet around 11. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel but I did have dinner. Good choice of options from the grill. I used the gym which lacked atmosphere it at least had enough free weights and cardio equipment to do the job. Well done The Address, I am a fan and will return.
