There was no lock on the back back patio door. The bathroom door did not latch nor lock. Tv was not a 60 inch like stated in room info also did not have Netflix or Hulu as stated. The fire place did not work. None of the exhaust fans worked. The vending machine outside was $3 and the job expired in November 2023.

Our room was the worst room I have every rented. I’ve traveled across the entire United States. The door didn’t shut properly and didn’t latch safely. The vertical blinds were broken and two slates were on the floor. Heater control knob was missing and was so discussing we didn’t even shower the next morning, just got out of there. The room was unprepared for occupancy. The pictures I saw online were not the room we got. Cost $200.00 per night. Don’t go there!!

Donny was so wonderful with making the weekend great. We will be back for sure! It was my hubby's birthday and our wedding anniversary. Couldn't of had a better time.

Not as nice as we expected for the price ....high for off season and mid week for accommodation, which was an upgrade!

The property is going through changes and updates. The updates are beautiful. Will be coming back and the staff is so nice.

Property is currently under renovation and we booked an older room, not yet updated. Though older, it was clean and comfortable.
We wish we had more time to enjoy the sunset over Lake Michigan. The property is very nice and well maintained.

Love the location! Gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. Close drive to downtown South Haven. It is easy parking. It was quiet.
Room could be updated a bit and our TV did not work.
Internet was hard to get. I could not even get the hotel internet in our room.

Working on outside of property, inside still needs work, ie old furniture, bed too hard for me, spouse loved.

Nice view and sunsets over lake michigan. Very nice amenities.
The room we stayed in lacked proper maintenance. Ceiling fan wobbled and was noisy, issue with alarm clock and overall cosmetics of the room, drywall. window shade, and window trim lacked professionalism as far as workmenship which made the cost of the room seem too pricey.
