Our stay was wonderful, everything worked and accommodations were met. I’m not a picky traveler but the place was definitely great and I would definitely return.

The facilities and the location are excellent. The main concern was the mattresses; they were very uncomfortable; they seemed to be spring mattresses with a topper. Aside from that, it was a good experience.

Great family hotel!! Stayed here for winter snow day getaway and the hotel was perfect. Spacious, feel like you're at home with amenities needed, great beach location and lots to do (although we want to come again in summer when sports stuff is open)

Great place with lots of amenities for the price. We stayed here overnight for a trip to Heavenly and got a townhome room facing the main street unfortunately. We did not sleep well downstairs due to the noise from the outside transportation as well as the fridge (which was making a loud noice when worked) and the loud heater. So, I would not recommend it for 4 people, but two would probably sleep well upstairs.

We have never been to Tahoe before. It was a great trip, comfortable, great location, clean, friendly staff.we will be back!

check-in was horrible, I was with my children in the lobby waiting for hours for a room, even after 4pm there was no room available. the place is excellent but the reception and check-in put me off

I book for lake view and they give my rendom room customer service really bad.

They had a schedule of activities that my teen daughter really enjoyed. Megan was very helpful and kind.
