"Very friendly and helpful staff. Most staff didn't speak English, which is quite common, but with the use of a translator, communication was OK. The hotel manager spoke very good English and was available when required. The weather wasn't good during my visit but the staff did what they could to make our stay comfortable. Hot Springs were nice although not all pools were available which wasn't a problem."

酒店整體的環境都非常棒，24年才開的非常新！ 房間也很大，住的很舒服～ 最重要的是服務超棒！因為怕趕不回來退房，羣裏凌晨出去的時候就已經交了房卡，結果中午提前回到酒店了，本來以為已經退房了，但是前台還給我保留了，還幫我申請了延遲退房，真的太感動了！！

What an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

一次奇妙之旅，偶然路過這裏，剛好遇到冰掛的時候，看了南方的雪入住這家酒店，不得不説是真的好，就是衝著他們酒店的瑤族瑤浴過來的，實在太冷了，泡了個瑤浴舒服多了，酒店的環境特別好，園林式建築是個家庭休閑的地方，來到的時候車子差不多沒電了，剛好有充電樁及時補充電量，一級棒，而且停車還免費，前台服務人員很熱情，小羅，小沈辦入住快速專業，還送了水果，退房小洪姐姐還送了菜心，酒店房間安裝了智能語音，叫兩聲小度就把燈開上窗簾關好了，早上早餐豐富，品種多樣，帶娃出行槓槓滴，此次行程很滿意

酒店的審美太厲害了，建築材質和用色都是頂級的，整個度假村就像一座私人的城堡，私密性特別高，簡直是與世隔絕，自成一國。 基礎的房型已經有私湯，這個價格真的很感人。而且服務人員都很親切熱情，幾乎都能説粵語，非常適合廣佛地區和港澳的同胞過來度假。 酒店雖然私密性很高，但也有一家餐廳，可以解決基本的餐飲需求。走路大概10分鐘有一條農村商店街，有基本的餐館和雜貨店，也不至於啥都沒有。

這次帶家人來放鬆一下，辦理入住的時候經理態度很好，這次住的主樓，這樣更方便去温泉，下樓就進去了。我們選的是含自助晚餐和早餐的，吃的都很新鮮。客服服務也很完善，晚上房間沒水不夠喝了，快凌晨也給送水到客房來。下次再去的話可以試試他們家的別墅房型，順便説一下這是我們第二次來這裏了，總體👌🏻

這是一家被我低估了的民宿，由於開業不到一年，網上評論不多，我把攜程上近50條評價看了一遍，看完後感覺很平淡，沒什麼特色，所以抱着無功無過的期待，還加了週末幾百塊溢價開了一個半小時車過來，現在我可以心安理得推薦給大家，它的景色和配套遠遠沒有得到應有的包裝和宣傳。小酒館裏的老闆跟我説，這裏的住宿是包給白天鵝集團管理，兩天下來給我的感受確實比一般私人管理的民宿更有經驗。

很棒的一次體驗，如果能看到日落的話就更完美了，6點多抵達山頂，這個時候很多人在追日落，差不多天黑遊客就排隊等觀光車下山，我們在上面住真的是很不錯，慢悠悠吃個飯，套餐含的，鄰裡間還可以聊聊天，有其他同齡小朋友可以一起玩，雖然房間不大，我們訂的時候衹有1間雙床房，裏面真的衹有2張床，那個空調聲音好大啊，還有異響，沒有洗手間，8個帳篷共用3個洗手間，上廁所和洗澡都是一起用的，洗澡高峯要排隊，確實有點不方便！早上6點多也可以看日出，我那天又有雲遮擋了，基本上日出日落都看不見，但是天氣很好，吃完早餐下去逛了，還有摘茶葉炒茶體驗，送的還有雪糕和下午茶，780我真心覺得很划算啊，晚餐下午茶門票觀光車全部扣除，住房不到400，值得沖👍

It was very pleasant stay for a family. There is a lot of entertainment for the family. There are plenty of hot spring pools in the area, Lester park, and various playgrounds. It is definitely worth visiting and staying. We are looking forward to come here again in winter! Front desk staff and all the workers are very helpful and friendly. Buffet dinner and breakfast were delicious ! Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay!
