Eski bir otel ama 5 yıldızı yok. Yurtdışındaki 5 yıldızın Çin'dekilerle karşılaştırılamayacağını bilmelisiniz. Tesisler de eski, konumu iyi ve kahvaltısı iyi. ara sıra burada kalmamın sakıncası yok.

large room, clean and good location. now i went there several times already but something changed it seems because that being said, service is not at all a 4* for this rate range check in is taking time, check out even more, and money is the only thing important. i decided to go for the breakfast in the morning, but it was not in my room rate. i had given a deposit but while i was eating they came and asked me to pay and stop my breakfast(1st time i see this in a hotel!). then after my breakfast during the check out they asked me if i paid! afraid i would run away without paying?. additionally the way they speak to me / customer around me was very agressive. i will not go back

Münih'e aşina değilim. Bu yüzden yanlış bir otelde rezervasyon yaptırdım. Bu otelin Alstad'ın yanında olduğunu sanıyordum. Aslında Münih'in Scwabing adlı semtinde bulunuyor. Annemin diz eklemi osteoartrit ağrısı var. Bu yüzden çok uzağa yürüyemiyor. Değiştirilmemiş rezervasyon yaptığımız için otel ücretsiz iptal etmeyi reddetti. Bu otel fena değil. Ama yaşlılar için değil, su ısıtıcısı, buzdolabı, çay, kahve, duş bonesi yok. Ayrıca otel bizim için şampuan hazırlamadı. Tasarım fena değil ama çok basit. Konum Alstad'da değil ve Scwabing'de bulunan bir otel için çok pahalı.

收拾得比較乾淨，還幫你把衣服疊起來，就是被子有點短，外國人不是挺高的嗎？我166才覺得還可以，還有一個1米✖️1米的枕頭，不明白為什麼這麼大。房間兩個床，佈局還算比較合理，即便房裡小，但是位置也夠用，中間的空位置攤開放3個行李箱都可以。熱水很大，挺舒服，來得快！衞生間鏡子有點高，我衹能看到我的頭🥲。周邊環境很不錯，空氣清新。另外有免費桑拿，不過我有點不好意思就沒去。

Hotel was conveniently located near the subway station. The staff were very helpful and courteous, accommodating to our requests with a smile. Would definitely recommend to those who prefer a quieter stay outside of the city while having the convenience to travel on public transport.

Overall, I was very happy with the staff, cleanliness, location, and condition of the rooms. The only area I’d mention as having room for improvement is the Wi-Fi. The connection in our room on the 3rd floor was quite unreliable for a business trip. I was attending an exposition and needed to upload and post a significant amount of video content to social media, and the low Wi-Fi performance made this difficult. Additionally, it would be appreciated if drinking water could be provided in the room daily (ideally in glass bottles, if possible). Thank you for your kind attention.
