Spa İçeren En İyi Yogyakarta Otelleri

I am super happy during my stay in this hotel. I stayed in Junior suite, they have free mini bar and always refill it in the morning. This hotel also provide coffee capsul and its machine. The location is perfect, just five minutes driving to East Lobby of Train Station and on Malioboro area. For amenities, this hotel provide 3 in one liquid for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Their welcome snacks and drinks also quite generous with many choices. Definitely, I would go back to this hotel when I visit Jogja. Thank you.

A good hotel in a good location that’s got a weak spot, which is its food. We had a double room that was a great size with a very big bed furnished with comfortable linen. The a/c worked well and was relatively quiet. There was in room tea and coffee and bottled water.  We ate at the hotel twice, and declined breakfast after looking to see what was available. For breakfast, while we were around 40 minutes from the end of service the food looked meagre and unappetising. There was the opportunity to have omelettes etc, but we decided against it.  We ate in the rooftop restaurant, ordering spaghetti bolognese, chicken wings, spring rolls and a pizza. The food took a while to arrive and when it did it all came at once. All of the food was tepid at best and seemed as if it had been waiting to be collected and brought from the ground floor to the top floor. The bolognese was acceptable with the pasta being cooked al dente. The spring rolls had gone soggy and the wings, being just warm, were cooked ok but the sauce they were covered in was sickly sweet. The pizza was not cooked. The toppings appeared to be cooked but the base was raw. The dough was uncooked and inedible. We pointed this out and we were told it could be cooked further. We decided that probably wouldn’t improve it much. The staff offered a replacement, but again we decided that it would take too long and asked for it to be taken off the bill.  The second time we ate at the hotel we used the ground floor restaurant. Once again the food was disappointing. The oxtail soups contained beef that was not tender but tough, although the clear broth was tasty. The pasta of beef Alfredo, which was advertised as containing beef, mushrooms, etc was served with just a few pieces of what looked like smoked beef in a claggy sauce. Again, it appeared as if the meal had been sitting on the counter waiting for the waiters to deliver it to the table and had lost its heat. The fruit salad platter and banana fritters were very good.  Service at the hotel, from reception staff through to housekeeping was very good.  Overall, I’d stay again by I would avoid the restaurants.

Staff were super friendly, will always greet you with a smile, no matter the time of the day, whether it be morning or late night. Very detailed with the cleanliness of the room and will even arrange all accessories neatly on the table,e which I find super cute haha. Location is also pretty near to most place.

The hotel’s location is good, and overall the stay was fine. However, the bathroom was a bit dirty, with mold and black spots in the corners. The small fridge also didn’t work(not cooling) and seemed very dirty inside, with noticeable black spots.(We forget to take a picture of it) Breakfast was kinda fine, but dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. We ordered the fried squid dish, but it still had the membrane attached, which made it tough and inedible. Plus point 👉 👉 The staff are all very friendly and helpful!!

1. Excellent location walking distance to malioboro street. 2. Room a bit small 3. Stayed on ground floor side to cafe.. the window blind feel like people can see from cafe. If you want to choose.. pick 2nd floor. 4. Laundry service cheap! 5. Smell cigarettes smoke in the room

This place is amazing and what i love was getting up early in the morning and checking out the local food market and the sellers in the street as you come out on the left! Enjoyed the warteg stand with amazing food for so cheap and delicious and get the local snacks and desserts from the local vendors.

I enjoyed five wonderful days that combined comfort and convenience. The service is consistently excellent, with friendly staff who remember your preferences and ensure your every need is met. The cleanliness is remarkable, with common areas and your room spotless at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay. Every day, you savor a varied menu with great food options, from hearty breakfasts to exquisite dinners, all crafted with care and attention to flavor. The resort's strategic location in the city allows easy access to local attractions, shopping, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal base for exploring. Amenities are thoughtfully replenished daily, from high-quality toiletries to beverages, ensuring you feel pampered during your stay. However, despite the outstanding service and offerings, the overall environment of the hotel could use some upgrades or renovations. Modernizing the decor and facilities would enhance the ambiance, making it even more appealing to potential customers seeking a stylish getaway in the city.

The accomodation is good and the room was very spacious. The food and beverage was disappointing coffee was like dishwater and the cakes old definitely not worth the price for breakfast

Whilst I would recommend staying here on your visit to Jogja, I’d like to provide some caveats: 1. On our final night we were woken up at 11:30pm by a knock at the door. This was a s*x worker who had gotten the wrong room (we know this as she was not hotel staff, had no equipment and simply said ‘massage?’ when we answered the door. Sadly this is prevalent in Jogja, shame on those who buy into this abusive industry). I told hotel staff about this and whilst they searched CCTV they seemed to imply their security guard was doing his job properly and offered no apology. 2. A few difficulties with service such as having to chase our laundry. 3. Please also note a general Yogyakarta warning - there is a common tourist scam regarding art work in the Malioboro area. Please google before heading that way for more details so you don’t fall for it. This is a very prevalent scam and would recommend The Phoenix start advising all visitors about this on arrival. That said, staff were overall very friendly, the balconies overlooking the pool are lovely and it’s a great ambience with a pretty decent breakfast.

Ini hotel yang menurut saya sangat nyaman, bersih, deket dengan marlioboro, stasiun tugu. Di lokasi deket hotel banyak tempat makan jadi ga bakal susah cari makan. Hotel ini juga menyajikan tema kamar berbeda-beda di setiap lantai. Recommend untuk yang lagi datang ke jogja untuk bisnis dan keluarga bisa nginep di hotel ini.
