The hotel has just been opened for a month, thus everything is new and clean. The front desk employees are friendly and provide good services. The hotel is closed to a small lake park.
The room does not have its own hair dryer, thus I needed to get it from the front desk. I was surprised that the room had iron, but no hair dryers.
The room rate already included the simple breakfast. It provided broiled eggs, oatmeal, energy bars, hot chocolate, tea and coffee.

Clean & spacious rooms, friendly staff. They have ice and a water fill station in the lobby which was convenient. The only thing we didnt like is the ac/heater unit was controlled and we werent able to get it colder than 68 degrees in the room. Im pregnant, we had 2 dogs and are from PNW so we were sweating all night without any fresh cool air

The hotel advertised breakfast included. Breakfast was either two peeled hard boiled eggs or a small cup of yogurt. No cereal, hot items or fruit. The only bread product was a small wrapped blueberry muffin. No milk, juice or water unless out of the fountain.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and nice!
One thing that I would like to point out is that the heater didn't warm up enough. I set the highest temperature which was 74 but we still felt cold at night.

Everything was seamless. The rooms were clean and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance.

Stayed for a night during a road trip to the Grand Canyon. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the grab and go breakfast was convenient. The beds are on the firmer side, but comfortable enough. It had a lot of power outlets and usb outlets. Would stay here again.

The facility was pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly. The heat and air conditioning worked well. It was nice to have a little kitchen. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable and there was quite a bit of road noise in our room. Breakfast was minimal.

Brand new property that opened in late 2023. Ample parking and light traffic. Close to the Nugget and Legends Bay casinos.
