Older Motel, but clean and friendly.
Walking distance to a nice Steak House and bar.

We were disappointed there was no breakfast one morning, especially when the breakfast was so good the next morning. The coffee was the best I’ve ever had at a motel breakfast bar.

Breakfast area is very small, they should try to enlarge it
Their website is awful and useless.

Stayed one night, Friday 8/25/23, at Spencer Inn and Suites when checking out a car to buy. Friendly staff, clean room, good hot and cold breakfast (eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, drinks, etc), multiple food places close for supper, Walmart and other such stores close also. Would definitely stay here again for the location, comfort, and price of our room.

The hotel room was very clean! The beds were comfortable! It had a fridge and microwave! Great night’s stay for the price! I would stay again!

Couldn’t understand the non-english speaking clerk. Lobby smelled bad when checking in of onions or Middle Eastern Food. Hotel rooms were nice and clean. Everything worked in my room, including DIsh TV. I would stay there again.

So looks like Google suggests some talking points. I can tell you that this is situated right off the main highway. So great access to highways. It's about 5 minutes away from a mega HiVee grocery store. The ***** house steak house is with in 2 minutes walking distance. A Walmart it just about 5 minutes or less walking 🚶♂️. In the ***** mall next to Walmart are some restaurants. Also up main street you will find a Walgreens, local churches, Farway Grocery store. Plus you are very near several fast food restaurants such as McDonald's, and convince stores with gas stations

Comfortable bed and furnishings. Quiet for the most part. Needs better lighting inside!

Driving up to the Hotel I was a little nervous as it is old and not very updated from the outside. But the room was very clean and decorated nicely. The mattress was very comfortable.
