Service is very good specially Toma which is very helpful to us. Room is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended and the place is very near in the centre. Place also safe even late night.

Toma is a perfect host, super friendly and offers a list of great recommendations as you check in. The rooms are decent and located just beside the old town. Clean rooms and ac! Couldn’t have asked for a better location or more helpful staff. Toma was available for any questions throughout the day.

The accomodation is located just perfectly, close to everything but still not noisy. The beds are fantastic, very comfy! The host was wonderful and always available when we had questions. There is also lots of space! I will definitely come back!

Wonderful and cozy place, I strongly recommend. The location is great and convenient, not far away from the city centre, maybe 5 minutes of walking distance. Nevertheless, the street is not that busy and overcrowded if you’re looking for less hectic location to stay.

We had a lovely time in Stonemasons last October. We found the apar**ent with Maps application easily. Check in was very fast and easy. Apar**ent was cozy, tidy and had everything we needed. We found couple of breakfast places in the neighborhood and tons of restaurants and coffee bars. Very close to city center. We had a lovely time here and sorry for being late with this review. We keep recommending this place to our friends and family. And now here too for you all. We will come back for sure!

Amazing location.... once you can find it! The building is not signposted on their gate, so there is no identification as to where you enter the hotel. We roamed around the hotel 'location' for around half an hour before randomly trying a gate and it leading to the building. Honestly, it's a nigh**are. But once you know where to go it's fine. The hotel itself is not really a hotel, more like an Airbnb. There is no reception staff and no housekeeping. Our towels weren't changed and weren't fresh from the get go - we asked for extra pillows (they only left one in the room) and tea bags and were told these would be brought by the cleaner the next day... they were not. We weren't told how to get into and out of the rooms so were locked out one day, luckily we had the Whatsapp number of the owner so were able to get him to unlock the door, but the lack of care and attention was shocking. The rooms are modern and clean but quite noisy. For a short stay it's fine, but there are loads of places around here to stay, for the price I'd go elsewhere...

Stonemason Heritage was a great place to stay. No staff on site, but our host was there to greet us and give us instruction and recommendations on where to eat and a close grocery store. Very convient to all the old town has to offer. Only suggestion would be to leave enough coffee for each morning of the client stay. Nice to sit on the terrace and plan the day without having to do a coffee run first.

Absolutely wonderful stay, we were greet at the agreed time by Toma who was very friendly and helpful, showed us evreything we needed to know about the hotel and gave us plenty of local information that might be of interest to us. The room was superb, clean and new-looking with great facilities, bathroom and shower. Couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodtion and the personal service.

Newer property which has a nice feel to it. Centrally located just outside the tourist spots but close enough to walk to the palace and activity. The hosts were not there when we checked in but we were lucky to find someone at our hotel who had the staffs number on WhatsApp. They were quick to respond when we got in touch with them and kind enough to leave us tea, coffee, water. Room also had air conditioning which was great for the warm weather A few opportunities: - we had soap but no shampoo - our “double bed” was two single beds put together but a bed sheet making it a little uncomfortable to sleep. - our room wasn’t fully cleaned, there were still spider webs in the bedroom and bathroom and you could see ants that were killed. - sadly only one pillow per person to sleep - our shower doors did not close so when we showered the bathroom floor would get very wet
