The room smelled musty. Actually changed rooms because first was too stinky. In the morning breakfast was incredibly paltry. No hot water for oatmeal. Two total breakfast sandwiches. Stale english muffins. Three total individual cereals, but no milk. They were out. Only benefit was it was cheap and had parking. Homeless guy under the train tracks screaming a good part of the trip (realize they cannot control this- but just FYI). Train was loud outside hotel and went by multiple times. Would not stay there again.

We have stayed here twice in the last year. Between the wonderful staff and great location to downtown, what could be better?....oh that's right, it's a great price as well!

Wonderful to see many interesting places to visit! It is very near to Steam hotel! Absolutely fantastic!

I have stayed here no less than 30 times in the last 10 years. Great property. Clean, cozy rooms. Simple, but modern. The neighborhood is a little sketch, and underpass 50 ft from the office that has a congregation of homeless
people most of the time. Overall, it i a "go to" place for me when traveling to Spokane.

Trains going by all night long - should have realized something was up when we walked in the room and saw the provided earplugs! The door had issues (didn't report) opening. Breakfast was provided but VERY little in reality. A few bagels, a few things of yogurt, etc. 1 coffee carafe, no creamer, etc. They put out tea bags, but there was no hot water to make the tea.

Hotel was nice and clean. Parking lot didn't really feel too safe after hours, would have liked a gated driveway or similar. Train could be a bit loud if passing by and bed felt a little smaller than standard queen. Otherwise, room was nice and served our purpose, staff was readily available and helpful. Would book again.

We liked the convenience of the hotel and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately like ANY big city… there are elements that are not always favourable .We really enjoyed being close to the Steamplant restaurant and a short walk to riverside park 😃

I like what they have done in the Steam Plant area. Rooms have been updated. Would like to see a sitting chair in the room as the 'desk' area is too shallow and the bed isn't the best for sitting on if needing to work. Ample parking and the video playing on the lot wall was a nice touch.
