Ellwood Manor, Spotsylvania County Yakınlarındaki Oteller

The hotel is very nice, it is a small town next to it, there are some supermarkets and so on. Generally speaking, it is very good, and there is Mercy next to it, but it is older.

The service here was great - the front desk attendant was quick and very nice. The bed was nice and comfortable, and the shower pressure and temp were great. The curtains don’t quite block out all the light and the AC is loud, but it was great for the price.

Lets see. The room has a phone and sits on the really tiny table. Only problem its a paperweight and doesn't work. Was a good one from the 1990's. (Good thing you have a cellphone.) The room had two TVs, one in the ”living” room which takes two remotes to use it. One to turn it on, the other to find a channel. To actually use the ”remote” you have to be within two feet of the tv which defeats the purpose of a ”remote” Also you might want to bring your own batteries just in case. The tv in the bedroom is similar and works best using the remote from the the living room, so enjoy the walk to get it. The unit has several light switch's, but some control nothing. Well maybe a couple of lights, but bring along a few bulbs as they may come in handy. If you want to cook, it come complete with a souse pan and a frying pan, that's it.. The range is a vintage 1990 electric, so plan your meals well. Coffee maker, is on its last legs but is available. Not exactly well stocked and has minimal silverware. Comes complete with Two forks, three spoons, and two bread knifes. Also two plates, two saucers, and three cups.  Has a toaster, but watch it carefully, as it burns bread or bagels,   The bathroom was clean and the shower was very nice. The sink and stand was very tiny with little to no room to put your items on when shaving or cleaning up. The hotel is in a nice area and secluded off the beaten path. Very close to a Walmart to pickup some of the missing things like plastic utensils. The beds were comfortable We were in the room on the second floor near the stairs. It seemed that was the location people liked to talk on their cellphones and also smoke, which was right outside our window. Recommendation would be to spend a little more and a different place.

It was so nice after a long traveling day, to step into a nice clean hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was just what we needed to get our day started and it is in such a great location! Everything was at your fingertips! LOVED LOVED LOVED the outdoor seating area.

My family and I were in Fredericksburg for my daughter's dance competition. There were quite a few hotels to choose from, but I typically like to stay with the Hilton Brand. While there were a number of Hilton Brand hotels in town, I chose to stay at the Hampton Inn near the Expo and Conference Center. I don't stay at Hamptons often so this was probably my third stay at a Hampton. We stayed 2 nights. Our entire stay was just one big pleasant surprise and that is why I give this hotel 5 stars. Also: 1. The entire hotel from the dining area, lobby and rooms were renovated beautifully. 2. Rooms were spacious and light...much larger than expected. 3. I like that the bathrooms have the built in body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. 4. The breakfast was just enough and the dining area was lovely. We would sit there with coffee and just chat. 5. Beds were comfortable 6. Ambience, furniture and just overall decor was clean and sleek 7. Entire hotel was exceptionally clean Just nice all around. But the biggest reason I give this Hampton 5 stars is the customer service. Literally, when we walked in the door, we were greeted so warmly and we felt so welcomed. We arrived early so we were able to put our bags in the back. She then provided us with a list of restaurants we could choose from since we were going to lunch. She also got out from behind the counter, and walked outside to show us where the expo center was from here so we would get lost finding the competition location.
