La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Houston Spring South

No towels, shampoo or soap in the room. No hair dryer. The phone in the room didn't work. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk to get an extra towel. I told the front desk person about the phone. She never did anything about it. The breakfast was greasy. I was giving La Quinta a chance. Never again!

The property had crouches, it was so hard to get fresh Towels and they say breakfast is included but they didnt have enough food for everyone they didnt even have eggs. The pool is closed. If you asked the staff for something they told you to go to walmart and get it yourself.

Arrived late in the evening to discover the hotel had given away the room I had booked a month ago. They gave me a king with a couch pull out bed. Get in the room and it was dirty. Beds not made, no sheets, no towels, trash in the cans etc. Go back to the lobby and the desk stated that had no more rooms with two beds and they could refund me. I was like refund and me leave or refund and you clean the room and I stay here. She just stared. I then asked for sheets and towels and we made the room ourself. Still dirty tho. Next day they cleaned the room while we were gone (appreciated). However the don of disturb was left on the door and they still entered without contacting us. Hotel hallways were dirty and breakfast was lacking. It consisted of eggs and sausage. No juice and no milk. Would not recommend.

Reasonable priced room. Close to many amenities. Great customer service from young lady at the front desk. Scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. I wish i would have gotten more.

The hotel was fairly new and well appointed. We were there for 4 days abd, even after I requested it, our room was not serviced until our last day. I asked again. The kitchen was not restocked until our last day. No juice machine, no individual packets of cream cheese, very few yogurts, limited milk. The staff was lovely, but no supplies. In general, I was pleased and had a nice stay - even tho the last night the people across the hall had a terrible fight.

I was treated rudely at checkin and then was placed in a room that smelled of fish and was dirt. The sheets on both beds were soiled and the chair had nasty looking stains. When reported to the front desk I was met with very poor customer service and lack of concern. I will never stay there again.

This is our second time staying here and this time we didn’t have the best experience. The front desk staff is amazing! Very helpful from when we arrived to the day we checked out. Only issue we had was the rooms didn’t feel clean and there were no towels in the bathroom. When we asked for towels in the lobby we were told they didn’t have any.

The first night I stayed, the ac was not working in the room, everytime I went downstairs to talk to someone, no one was ever at the desk, woke the next morning and was told the manager would call me, took my information and name, no manager. Next nights I stayed there was no remote in the room and the phone didn’t work to even call downstairs. Went downstairs to get a remote and the front desk says they have no more remotes and to change the tv with my hand. I was there for two nights and no remote nor assistance of getting one. I stay here often but the service is going down
