快捷的品質，星級的價格，在加油站的後面，高速旁邊，附近好幾家motel，也就600左右的價格，不喜歡住快捷才定的這裏，很失望。

Room was great for overnight. Only concern was a little mold in the bathroom fmsince they have no fans it fets humid after one shower.

Check in was easy. To watch tv I had to verify via unsecured Wi-Fi from either my personal phone or personal computer. Day curtain was torn, my guess is because you couldn't pull them together to close. Night curtain was fixed permanently open on both sides allow for parking lot lights to light up my room all night. At 2:18am the Roku TV Turned its self back on under someones control clicking to sign on to YouTube Music. I got up and turned it off with the remote leading me to believe the room next doors remote synced up to my rooms tv..... or, through the unsecured WiFi someone hacked their way in as a prank. I stay in Springfield overnight weekly and wanted to try somewhere new. I doubt I will return.

The breakfast had some great protein options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for us.

Had the most refreshing night of sleep here after a nightmare hotel situation the night before. Very clean, cozy and comfortable.

Evening desk clerk not very friendly. Bathroom floor was filthy. Toilet not stable. Desk chair was so worn, it should not have been in the room. Had to go down for new desk key after finding it didn’t work.

Staff was excellent. Online pictures are not representative of the property. Pool is small with no privacy. Room was average at best. Rug was dirty. Hotel is less than 100 ft from a gas station.

The shower in our room did not work, it just ran down the wall and the small shampoo and body wash amenities had been used. We notified the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. They moved us to another room and the TV did not work in that room. We also noticed the elevator inspection certification was out of compliance. We did not spend the night in this hotel and requested a full refund. The person on duty that night was nice and did what she could. Unfortunately, it seems their maintenance and housekeeping staff do not do their jobs.

More than one entry door would be nice, the door at the back of the property stays locked for customers safety, I didn't feel very safe having to walk the entire property to the front entrance.
