我們入住的了7307房間窗對着酒店景觀游泳池，雖然風景不錯，但隔音效果非常不好。而且酒店中很多客人十一點十二點多還在跳水，比賽游泳，吵得我無法入睡。當天沒睡好，體驗不佳⋯⋯

200baht for second key card
Requested to have king bed but hotel staff refused, only available if we agreed to pay for a surcharge upgrade. We paid but still dared to give us two double bed put together.
Extra bottles of water are also have a charge of 20baht.

Nice decorated hotel with relaxing resort feeling. Near the airport for early travellers. I must say it is nice and cozy for the room. Was very comfortable. Just 1 down side is the attitude of the main desk lobby staff, maybe it can be better. The key was not working and not changed after we complaint, they just left the matter aside. Especially pick up services was so long as well.
Other than that, all is good and also I think I will most likely go back there again. And hopefully the staff attitude has been improved as well.

Receptionists should pay more attention to customers and explain various information about the hotel. Overall, this is a great... The entrance building is very dilapidated.. Small insects were found in the room with stains on the bed sheets... considered acceptable... Overall, this is acceptable..

The location is excellent. Not far from Mega Bangna. Check-in staffs are helpful. Room is not big but cozy. Pool view is excellent. Food at Karaked is superb. The 299 special Prawn Salad set is super value. Swimming Pool design is exceptional with multi functions well blended. Great for a long weekend.

Our experience was very bad. We killed about 50 mosquitos in our room. There was a half dead cockroach under our bed. Hotel seems pretty old though and would renovation (games were not working in the game room, room condition pretty bad, etc). We also didn’t like the hotel situation as with trafic it took more than 30 minutes to reach the hotel and there is absolutely nothing around. I was thinking it would be a good option for a last night before flight but I was wrong and won’t do the same mistake again.

Pretty disappointing stay for me at the Divalux. I wish there wasnt as many ants in the room. I wish my fish and chips dish was warm when it finally arrived to my room. I wish there was a 7 eleven or other things around to compensate for a the subpar "resort" staging.

Nice and clean but a bit far.
In conclusion, if you would like to relax or near airport, I will recommend it.
