I loved the room. Very cute and cozy with the exposed beans, slanted ceiling and fireplace. Large bathroom with soaker tub was great.

Old but very clean and rustic property. Close to all amenities weather shopping partying or quietly reading a book. Lots too see and do would recommend this property and definitely will be staying again!

An interesting heritage building which is such a lovely change from the usual bland corporate hotel. Always a nice welcome from the staff.

Beautiful hotel in downtown St. John’s. Convenient to many restaurants and bars. The room was spectacular with lots of room, large walk in shower, large tub and fireplace. Would stay again.

Guests in another room were extremely loud really early in the morning!!

We always enjoy our stay however the room we had this time had a faulty bathroom.door. it didnt close tight and when u pushed to close it waa very hard to open

Could hear everything & everyone in the room above us. Floors very squeaky therefore we had no sleep. Left to go home at 7am because of this.

Reason for inconvenience and limited dining is due to the fact that there were no utensils for in room dining despite that they offer room service, and breakfast did not have many options at all, despite that this place was clean and staff were friendly and the house itself amazing and beautiful as well as the rooms
