Towels were dirty and stains on them. The hotel had no guests. No customer service.
They charged me an extra night when i checked out a bit early. My initial stay was fromTuesday to sunday. I checked out on Thursday at 1pm. I asked if this was okay and they said yes its okay.
They supposed to charge me 2 night stay but they charge me 3 nights.
It took an arm and a leg to get refunded.
Never staying there again. I highly dont recommend to stay there.

Comfortable and quiet. The room was nice, other than the towels being quite stained. I'm not sure why we had to check in by 5 pm when there was someone at the desk all night long.

Room was clean and had a nice kitchenette. However the TV didn’t work properly, the hair dryer didn’t work, there was brown water from the old pipes, and the bed was past its useful life. Staff were very friendly. Overall not a bad stay just not equipped with thinks that functioned.

We had a lovely stay. It was amazingly quiet and relaxing. Had a nice bath in jetted tub and slept well in a comfy bed. Liked the fact there was no carpet in room and temperature was easy to control.

Our room was very dark, no view, stuffy. Needed another chair for lounging.

We were constantly locked out of our room. At one point we were out 10-15 minutes while they trying to sort out the issue with the key (it was a known issue but wasn’t fixed). He couldn’t get the key to work for us so he actually gave us a master key, which made us incredibly uncomfortable. We felt like anyone could have access to our room at any point, and us there’s. We paid top dollar for the jacuzzi suite and we were very disappointed. Honestly, this was probably one of my worst experiences with a hotel. Save your money or book elsewhere.

Property and the room was great.
I was disappointed in both the quality and quantity of the soaps etc in the washroom.
Also, for a nicely appointed bathroom I was surprised by the cheap bargain basement one function showerhead. Good pressure....no variety of sprays.
For the price of this property I expect more.
