The staff was professional, personable, and accommodating. Omari made check in a breeze. The room was clean, though it didn't smell the freshest. They allow pets which for me I'm not a fan of, but that's for another review. Overall, I would recommend.

It is in a quiet neighborhood but central to a lot of locations especially Houston.

We only stayed two nights, but housekeeping serviced our room, making the beds and refreshing the towels. Thank you!

The staff was fantastic ! The gentleman at the front desk was great and made our stay worth while . He was courteous and dealt with every customer with great respect. The room was outstanding and clean from top to bottom ! Wonderful place to stay and whenever we’re in the area again this will be our place of choice to stay. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel . We felt like we were at home ! Thank you to the staff and all the personnel that work at this hotel because you have set a standard that all hotels should model themselves after! Nothing was over looked , the little details from the shampoo to the hand sanitizer being filled in our room may sound small but those details are very important to me and my family. Thank you again for a wonderful stay !

This is such an excellent location and the staff is all so conscientious in caring for guest needs. I love this place! Fantastic enclosed dog park too!
