very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. they do more than their best, they go all the way to give you an unforgettable time. food was very varied and very tasty. Clean and beautiful rooms. a trip you will never forget. Really nothing to comment on. Beautiful.

Absolutely fantastic from arrival to departure, we can not fault this hotel. Very clean, the housekeepers never stop cleaning. The rooms are modern and fresh and the beds are so comfortable. The food from breakfast to evening meal is delicious, so many things to choose from. The staff at this hotel work so hard and go above and beyond, a big thank you to Fotini, Rihi, Zacharenia, Dimitra, hostess Christina and of course Maria the lovely guest relation. We will definitely return in the future, thank you for making our first holiday to Create so memorable

From start to finish me and my partner had the best time at this hotel All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made this holiday what it was The food was varied and hot and there was always plenty to choose from Variety of drinks to choose from and all of them were delicious Enjoyed the sunbed waiter service also Rooms were modern, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable The beach joins right onto the hotel and there was plenty of sunbeds available Had a lovely meal in the a la carte Courtesy room for showers and change on our last day as we had a late flight was a bonus We enjoyed this hotel so much we are booked to return at the end of April with my partner and father in law

This was my first holiday as a single parent of a 9yr old and I was very apprehensive about travelling and staying abroad. I could not have wished for a better holiday, this hotel is absolutely lovely, the room are fantastic, the quieter pool was great for us as was the food. My little boy was probably the only young child there at the time we went but that didn't bother us we both had the best holiday, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Drinks and food was excellent although if your a beige freezer food lover there is nothing for you here to eat. The location is perfect you are surrounded by lovely shops, bars and restaurants. The coffee shop opposite is fantastic! We ate out a few times at night and found allnthe restaurants we ate at lovely too. Stalis is absolutely going to be our go to holiday. We enjoyed it so much we have re booked again for next June and I absolutely cannot wait for another week in what I can only describe as heaven in the sun.....

Wow - so I’ve just spent a week at the lovely Iresort - our first time in Crete. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff are wonderful. We arrived late and had dinner and drinks left in our room. The view from our balcony was stunning - over the pool and ocean. The cleaning service was exceptional. A huge shout out to the pool bar team - from Antonio the bar manager to the life guard. They were great fun and super helpful. The hotel is in a fab location with lots of bars and excursion spots. We’d definitely recommend Nemo bar with free mini golf! And Africa bar if you want a tower of cocktails. Drinks at the hotel are fab and there was some lovely evening entertainment - albeit a little brief. A few little things would be: some signage around the hotel would be helpful - we felt a bit lost on the first day and often had to ask over the week. There was some confusion over the pressing service (as no irons) but this was easily sorted Overall a superb holiday

The hotel looks poor and old , not worth the money. Slow staff , small smelly rooms :-( poor reception service , pool is always busy no privacy . The good things about the area are local businesses and friendly local people. There are many other places around to enjoy the views.

Amazing hotel and a great value for the price. We came for a family trip and the staff was awesome. The rooms and the public areas are very clean and friendly and the pool has an amazing view. We are fully recommend!

Myself and my mrs just returned from this lovely hotel . I will start with our room . We were on the 4th floor on the west side of this building which I believe has been refurbished. We had wonderful see view room which is worth the extra money paid , inside we had a free safe , fridge that the hotel kindly filled with drinks and a bottle of wine and some food on our arrival ( I believe its free the first time then any refills are paid for but didn’t use it so im not %100 on that ) lovely big bed,tv, coffee maker but no kettle which I believe would be better. Only downside side for me anyway was the balcony there is no screen to your neighbours balcony which leaves it very un private and no roof on top so when it rains you cant sit on the balcony. Minor problems but other than that a lovely room. Ok there are two out side pools east side and west side there all one depth 1.30 metres but no slope or disable entrances that i could see plus private beach area for this hotel which if your disabled i think would be a problem getting to . You had to get up early on the west side to get sun beds but the east side was fine and there was always plenty of sun-beds on the beach ( which we prefer anyway) the sea isn’t that deep so looks safe for children. At least 3 times a day the bar staff would come and take your drink orders and bring them to you sun-bed, which was absolutely lovely ( my only complaint to management is the boys who do this have to carry to many drinks on that silly tray please get them more help its not fair on them and made me feel uneasy, not that they complained ). Please use the hotel spa oh my god there amazing I felt a million dollars after my treatment and boy what lovely people in there .there are bars at each pool were you can collect or sit outside with your drinks which is lovely looking over the sea . We went all inclusive the restaurant staff are wonderful showing you to your seat to make you feel special so many many thanks to them .The food i found ok but may not be for the fussy eater ( like my mrs ) but when you go abroad you eat a different but again (management just do chips , pizza and such like now and again for your fussier guests) but your chiefs are first class which reflects on this quality hotel( downtown side alert again there absolutely rubbish snacks available in-between meal times and i mean rubbish , a few micro wraps a few cakes , and thats about it oh and ice cream , that side of it was the worst part of this this hotel so its more like a full board hotel with drinks rather than all inclusive so if you like the full all inclusive this ain’t the hotel for you . The bar at night is also lovely to the staff take your orders and again bring your drinks to you and boy did they bring me a-lot of pinna coladas lol . They got some strange seating thou lovely design but not that practical in my eyes anyway, there is also a large outside area to watch the sun go down which was lovely. . There is a lovely entertai

We had (again) awesome time here on our vacation circa three weeks ago. The room was at east side with spectacular sea- and mountainview. Food is always versatile and tastes good. Desserts are delicious. All inclusive really is worth it. The staff does magnificent work and everyone are very kind. Thanks expecially to Maria, Poli, Christina, Efthimios, Areti, Antonios, and Alina, Karina & Pedro. (Hope I writed all the names right) We can truly recommend this hotel and place to everyone.
