The hotel itself is lovely and it’s in a great location. The beach is opposite the hotel and there is a lot to do in the resort. The room was comfortable and regularly cleaned. The food is quite average and we found a lot of it to be bland in the buffet restaurant. The queue for the pool bar is often quite long but the main bar is very well run. The entertainment was lacking and we only had entertainment on 3 nights of our stay. The pools are very clean but there is an issue with a lack of sunbeds and they are often all gone by late morning. The a la carte Mediterranean restaurant is really nice and well worth a visit. The A La Carte system wasn’t very well explained and we were not able to use our other two vouchers due to lack of availability. The hotel rooms are more of a 4 star than a 5. Overall we had a lovely holiday but probably wouldn’t visit this hotel again

The hotel is pleasant with a variety of food choices which are great. We would recommend the Mediterranean restaurant which is excellent within the all inclusive. Some cocktails are not included within the package, though which is disappointing. Also the sunbeds need replacing as they are uncomfortable - as a 5 star hotel there could be cushions to upgrade the sunbeds. I had a Cretan massage from Dimitris - he is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional and gave an excellent, friendly service. The hotel is well located close to bars and restaurants along the *****. I would rate this overall as a 4 star.

Excellent hotel with faultless service. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival, which was kept immaculately during our stay. Facilities are fantastic - including a free, fully equipped gym and spa, plus three swimming pools. Food was immense with an excellent variety and choice of fishes across all meals, plus a poolside bar/snack bar and cafe serving pizza and gyros. Three brrilliant a la carte restaurants also included in the package - all serving superb food. The hotel is well located in the heart of Stalida and only two minutes walk from the beach. Recommended!

I was with my 6-year-old son at this hotel and it was the most disappointing experience as a tourist with everything included in the package through a travel agency. The restaurant staff treated me badly, the services were below what the hotel offered and I left there offended and wronged. Sad and true, when you are a single mother with a child, they treat you with little empathy and respect.

Very friendly and professional staff. Nice relaxing treatment. I went for a scrub and facial. Anja is very kind and gentle. My skin feels very soft. Going back for a massage later this week, I’m sure it Will be as nice as the treatments I did today.

Very good services! I highly recommend the full body massage. It is very relaxing and refreshing. My favourite part was the facial massage. The cosmetics are also on high level. I recommend Dimitris, he is very professional, kind and polite.

Lovely hotel, just spoiled by the pool lounger fools. The hotel makes absolutely no effort to stop people reserving loungers for hours on end whilst other hotel guests have no lounger to use. For a 5* hotel it really needs to be better, not everyone is brave enough to take towels off and the hotel needs to fix this. Otherwise it’s peaceful, relaxing and whilst the rooms are simple it is clean and the location is great too.

Our 8-day stay at this hotel was truly remarkable and well-deserving of its 5-star rating. The food was exceptional, with a varied and delicious menu each day. Dinner was particularly enjoyable, with live cooking that added an engaging touch to our meals. For lunch, we had the choice of dining at the buffet restaurant or indulging in local cuisine at the snack bar, which felt more like a local à la carte restaurant, offering the best gyros, salads, souvlaki, and tzatziki. We were delighted to have the opportunity to dine at three different speciality restaurants during our stay— a steakhouse, an Italian restaurant, and a Mediterranean restaurant— all included in our package. Each provided a unique and worthwhile dining experience. The all-inclusive drinks were generally good, although the beer was somewhat disappointing. Regrettably, it wasn’t possible to order a paid Mythos during the day, which would have been a welcome option. Our room was clean, adequately spacious, and comfortable. The staff were all very kind and attentive, though the woman at the pool bar could be a bit on edge during the day. The only downside was the situation with the sunbeds. Initially, guests reserved sunbeds only after 8.30, but after a large group of German tourists arrived, it became necessary to reserve a spot as early as 7:00 am. A suggestion for the hotel would be to enforce the rule of not allowing sunbeds to be reserved before 8:00 am or to remove towels from those who reserve a bed but do not show up until much later in the day. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

I have been hosted on Cactus beach for 2 weeks, and took the opportunity to go spa. Dimitris from Aegeo Spa was great. Kind and attentive, he solved my back pain with the cretean massage. I strongly recommended it to the ones looking for relaxation and to have a break in the regular holidays activities.
