"the room is big and spacious, however there could be some improvements made. this is the only place I have stayed at in China which do not provide complimentary bottles of water and slippers.
I could not plug in my chargers in any of the electric sockets in the room. this is so weird since I had no problem in any other hotels. they brought me a portable charger to use. otherwise I would have to switch to another hotel.
there is a small kitchen in the room but there are no pans or dishes yo use. the big fridge is not plugged in so cannot be used either. it would be nice to have a microwave and more mirrors in the room."

"小區環境真是沒話説，比我自己住的都好，對於一個北方人來説，真是太喜歡這邊的綠化了！房屋乾淨整潔，帶孩子來的還可以做飯，很方便！離銀灘和萬達都比較近，騎電車10來分鐘，孩子自己一個人都可以玩很久，真是解放雙手。老闆很熱心，態度好，服務好，遇到問題都可以第一時間解決，真是太棒啦"

"客廳還是比較整潔的冰箱也不錯、不過美中不足的地方還是不少，一、廁所有些狹窄洗澡時水會濺到洗臉枱馬桶沖水設定不是很方便而且通風扇用不了應該壞了很擔心一氧化碳中毒還有床邊插頭太少其他的都還不錯、希望我説的這些稍微改進一下就行"

3 房間 淡季去的時候人不多，升級了兩房一廳。房間配有廚房，可以自己做飯。對面就是海鮮市場，自己做飯，簡直是度假的理想之地。陽台還有洗衣機，可以直接晾衣服到陽台。
超大玻璃陽台簡直無敵。
4 空間 兩室一廳有兩個獨立卧室，都有門。客廳空間也超大，孩子們隨便鬧騰，不影響卧室睡覺。客廳和主卧的陽台連通，陽台也超大。
4 服務 訂房以後會直接打電話來加微信，告知我們怎麼打車，怎麼導航，怎麼攻略和避坑。發了房間號和密碼，無接觸入住。有個微信客服羣，裏面幾個客服隨時可以溝通和諮詢。"

The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

BBeijingyishui房間面積夠用、乾淨衞生，熱水供應及時足量，距銀灘很近，散步不足10分鐘即到。尤其是小老闆夫妻倆的服務，那是超棒，就像老闆娘説的那樣：就像到了家一樣，早上可以提供早點：雞蛋、饅頭、粥、鹹菜，隨意吃，每人才收5元。另外，老闆提供廚房，來客可以自己採購食材做自己喜歡吃的飯菜。去銀灘或乘船去潿洲島，老闆都自願開三輪摩託車接送，就算今年一月最冷的三天，老闆也是熱情接送，着實讓我感動。唯一的缺點就是停車位稍小一點。

MMisafir KullanıcıThis was an excellent place to stay. It's a bit far from the city center, but with access to DiDi, that was quite alright. It's very close to the beach so it's perfect for travelers to Beihai who want to enjoy Silver Beach. I invited a friend to come check out the city and travel a bit, and the two bedroom space was perfect for us. Honestly, it's a travelers paradise. We had a few days by the pool to relax, and it was wonderful.
The boss was fantastic. Any questions I had, he always answered quickly and thoroughly. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The appliances were brand new and the house had cooking utensils, pots, and a few plates to use. Although, it's worth either going into town or ordering food, there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants literally outside the complex. A handful of other people who sell tasty treats and fruit were also often outside, which made grabbing some treats fast and easy.
I recommend this place. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Beihai.

YYuanbaodeyoushanwanshui首先要誇一下老闆老林，給了我和爸爸媽媽特別好的住宿體驗和美好的回憶。在上潿洲島定民宿之前我也是看了一些酒店民宿的點評，發現這家老闆是遼寧人和我們是老鄉，抱着試試看態度，沒想到竟然一見如故，相處一個多星期，爸媽對林老闆評價也讚不絕口。我真沒想到會在潿洲島有這樣舒服的地方和讓我們感受到像回家了一樣温暖美好的感覺。老闆是個大廚，衹要我們有想吃的，他都能不辭辛苦的去買菜去為每一個住客準備晚餐。從遊玩到出行再到東西該不該買，應該花什麼價位，林老闆都會給出特別中肯的建議，而且沒有任何套路！民宿雖然在村子裏，但是一點都不偏僻，去哪裡都很方便。因為我發現即便住在海景房，島上出行也還是要租車方便。前三天林老闆幫忙租了小三輪，後來幾天我和爸媽就分別騎着小電動溜溜噠噠。從潿洲島回瀋陽一個星期了，才有時間來這裏叨叨，想説的話太多，最後簡單一句：林老闆人很實在，特別特別好，相信不期爾遇，一定會給大家最好的潿洲島之旅。讓我們不期爾遇 江湖再見👋
設施：整潔。民宿裏應有盡有，房間裏準備了一次性的毛巾，很貼心，有大投影，有拖鞋，燒水壺，空調，晾衣架，最重要的就是洗澡熱水特別充足。
衞生：乾淨。非常乾淨。老闆是一個特別注重細節的人，我和爸媽住在一樓家庭房，房間內沒有任何灰塵，床品也很清香。每天都會有退房的客人，老闆都是親自換洗房間內的物品，真的是為每一位住客負責！
環境：非常寧靜的地方。白天在院子裏聽着鳥鳴，夜晚喝着茶聽着音樂看着院子裏的氛圍燈，好一個愜意自在的日子。
服務：服務態度超級好。老闆對每一位住宿客人都非常的熱情和耐心。服務很周到，給客人解決所有的問題和需求。衹要你提出來，林老闆都能幫忙。

EEGHIt’s a perfect spot for visiting Beihai. You get amazing value for money. Quality room and a lot of space too , as well as a great location close to shops and railway station. Beach isn’t close but it’s easy to reach with DiDi. No issues with getting around town either. Great power shower, good a/c , bed is comfy, and the soundproofing works!
A negative is SMOKING! Even though it’s covered in no smoking signs it still happens. Rooms can fill with smell of next door smoking or some ignoramus walking along the corridor puffing away. It’s an issue for most hotels due to the high number of smokers in China, but if they enforced fines consistently then maybe it would stop more doing it. Having said that , I still use City Comfort because the POSITIVES massively outweigh that single negative.
No frills. Just delivers on quality at a value price with good staff.

MMisafir Kullanıcı潿洲島4天3晚旅遊完美結束，很高興這次選的這家民宿很好。這邊都是很原生態的農村，房間衞生都很好很乾凈，農家院子。老闆人很實誠，有事説聲都給安排的好好的，每天晚上免費帶趕海，老闆娘做的海鮮也很好吃，連着吃了三天，3 大1小基本上大約200多，經濟實惠。晚上很安靜，房後面就是香蕉樹，幾乎沒有蚊子，沒有被咬。晚上都休息的很好。以後有機會來還是住這樣，經濟實惠，又乾淨，省出來的錢可以吃頓海鮮了。還有很重要一點，離鱷魚山，石螺口，五彩灘都特別近，很方便。老闆家還可以租車，自己客人他都會很優惠。推薦這家，好評好評👍👍👍👍

However, the owner was extremely kind and helpful—she assisted with everything, from recommending beautiful spots to visit to suggesting restaurants with delicious food. While the beach was relatively close, it was crowded and not very clean, so we explored and found another beach nearby that was much quieter and well-maintained.

MM818211****老闆娘服務挺好的！有問題立馬給免費換了更好的房間，就是有時候在前台沒有人，不過總體服務還是很讚的！
房間整體設施方面很好，整個房間看着挺新的一點不老舊，整體風格很温馨。在這個價位挺讓人驚喜的。唯一的缺點是有些蚊蟲但或許是氣候原因能過理解且老闆也很貼心的配備了驅蚊器。還有一塊浴巾上有一點黃色污漬，希望老闆今後在衞生這方面更加註意。

I recently stayed at a beach view hotel in Beihai with a few friends, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the ocean right from our balcony—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bathtub facing the ocean was an absolute treat, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the incredible sunset.
The kitchen was well-equipped, and we found it convenient to prepare our own meals when we felt like staying in. The hotel is located just steps from the beach, so we were able to enjoy the sand and sea without any hassle. The balcony was a great spot to hang out with friends, with comfortable seating and an unbeatable view of the water.
