"首先先感謝一下店長，很負責，服務態度也特別好，我的身份證在機器卡住，從頭到尾都很負責的幫我解決了問題，提出東西落在房間裏也很認真的讓人員幫我尋找了，很感謝，但這樣有一點我心裏疑問就更大，希望店長可以注意一下，我是31號當天入住的，當晚值班的前台人員態度是否真的有問題？我們一進去，她衹説了句去機器驗證就出去了，理解，自助登記，坐了一天車腦子太混亂了，我把身份證卡到機器裏了，這是我的問題，所以我衹想知道有沒有解決方法，但是前台來了之後，我説清楚情況後，想幾天也沒有想明白，她第一句話是誰卡進去的，我説我，直接看對着我嘴一撇，翻了一個白眼，還翻着持續着幾秒看着我，如果監控能查到完全可以查監控，當時我已經想問了，但是想想算了，結果對方一直重複從來沒有人這樣過，你是我見過第一個這樣的，哎呀...那怎麼弄啊，反正我在這這麼久從來沒見過，這第一次，這一類的話，反覆重複的説，期間我和對象一直衹重複問一句話，那有什麼解決辦法嗎？但除了她説的那些莫名其妙的話沒有一點其他回覆，最後我們真的煩了，我對象説先用電子身份證辦入住吧，辦完她説她問問店長，我們等着，等了一會還沒回復，我們説先上去，起碼不要再繼續一直拿着行李站在那了，她説，上去幹嘛？那你這個身份證是不要了嗎？我們再次壓着心裏的不滿，説等有回覆給我們通個電話就行，她説那好吧。早上五點左右我們就退房了，下去她在前面椅子上睡覺，我喊了她一下説***退房了，然後把卡放在上面，她帶着眼罩對我説了兩句什麼要拍照片什麼什麼的，聽不懂，我以為有什麼事停下問她，什麼？她説沒事，我就往門口走了，人家來一句把門關上。如果當時不是害怕跟她吵起來身份證卡在那會有後續問題，真的很想問她一句，是專門衹對我這樣，還是她的態度就是這樣，格林豪泰各個地方的住了好多次，從來沒有一家遇到過這種態度的服務員，哪怕你的翻白眼是開玩笑的翻白眼，笑着的，都沒事兒，但你是先看着我幾秒，嘴一撇，白眼一翻，嘴再抿抿，真的惡意太大了吧姐？而且我家也是蚌埠的，也不存在説方言差異什麼的，加上店長的工作態度特別好，特別認真，我更加能確定就是這個服務人員工作態度有問題，不是我的錯覺，就是惡意很重，真的怕她不承認，但我敢説以上都沒有任何一點誇大，虛假，能查監控真的希望能查查當晚的監控，我也可以附上當時我給朋友發的聊天記錄，上面也有日期，希望店長看到可以批評糾正她的服務態度，如果下一次她也這麼對別人，碰到不好説話的一定不會是我這樣的處理方法。最後還是感謝店長幫我取回身份證。"

MMisafir Kullanıcı這次入住體驗超出預期，酒店整體環境乾淨舒適，房間寬敞整潔，佈置温馨，智能馬桶很方便，設施齊全且使用方便。停車場很大不用擔心車沒地方停。前台和客房服務都很貼心周到，態度熱情，推薦的靚淮河和衞食院都挺好，這邊入住的讓人感覺很安心。地理位置便利，出行輕鬆，性價比很高，非常推薦，下次出行還會選擇這家酒店。

MMisafir Kullanıcı房間較大，前台服務人員熱情。衞生一般，主要是房間保潔服務不太到位。但是，該店緊鄰蚌埠南站，可以説是無縫銜接，出站就能看見格林聯盟，免去尋找和打聽之苦。同時，該店緊鄰蚌埠客運站，搭乘公交出行十分方便。另外，酒店四面八方全是餐館，吃飯便捷。該店價格公道，而且搭配早餐，我很喜歡。
設施：細節做的不錯，如牆上掛衣架做的很到位，貼心不貼牆。

MMisafir Kullanıcı考試在這邊訂的房間，訂完才發現是賓館，抱着糊弄的想法住兩晚算了，沒想到整個環境都特別好，走廊電梯入口很乾凈，沒有一點異味，床也很大一個，睡得好香好舒服，早上想喝熱的，前台姐姐也幫我燒了熱水，大爺也很有趣

中央空調的製冷反而不如掛機，住的507 怕熱的避開點，一晚上熱死🥵
有歡迎水果和延遲退房的權益，水果沒有送，然後第二天中午一個男前台打電話催退房，我説有延遲退房的權益到兩點，人家給我説點好評延遲到一點🙄我好評個鎚子啊，主打一個我説我的他講他的，剛才六點那會又打來電話問是不是給他打電話要定房間，很難評！！！
入住晚上的前台小姐姐還不錯提前給打開了空調，雖然這空調比較拉跨，但還是給她贊一個

YYoursxiaocaiji端午不漲價！就憑這一點我必須給它滿分 位置離火車站不遠 步行五分鐘到火車站 招牌很大很好找 老闆人很好 蠻熱情嘞 給我免費升級了個大房間 頭頂風扇風挺大的 雖然沒空調很熱 但有風扇也能湊合啦 浴巾等洗漱用品需自備（提供小毛巾 要求不高的也可以湊合用 小袋裝的洗髮水沐浴露有點雞肋 約等於沒有😂）衞生間反味比較嚴重 晚上睡覺記得關衞生間門 值得一提的是沒有熱水🥲可能也怪我回來晚了…不曉得 連續住了三天 第一天洗五分鐘沒熱水了 第二天第三天壓根就是涼水哈哈哈哈 不礙事 附近有洗浴也不貴 中轉落腳歇息是個不錯的選擇

DDayongzhiyangzhifeng住他們家有幾次啦，離火車站很近，是類似公寓性質的小房子，還是蠻喜歡的。極少和人打交道，自己住進去就行了，哈哈哈哈哈哈
