"I booked the promotional room that is small and without windows, but my stay at Zhijia was so cosy! Room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was kind enough to give me late check out because I arrived late due to a flight delay. He also gave me an additional room card so that the air conditioning can be turned on the whole day to cool the room. Cleaning lady was kind too and passed me tissue paper and water when I told her I don’t need her to clean up my room. Location is very convenient, many eateries around. I had a great stay, thank you!"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bandao Resort Hotel (Longwangtou Beach Branch), and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The hotel’s location is a dream—offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained, modern rooms that strike a perfect balance between comfort and luxury. The amenities are pristine and thoughtfully designed to cater to every guest’s needs. What truly stood out to me, however, was the staff’s attentiveness. I’d like to extend a special shout-out to Miumiu, who went above and beyond to make my stay remarkable. She was incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions with patience and ensuring every detail was just right. Her dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this hotel apart. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a convenient base for exploring the area, the Bandao Resort Hotel is an excellent choice. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights stay.
Rooms were clean with modern amenities. Bedsheets used were white in colour like normal hotels. Towels were disposable type.
Overseas guests be warned that you need to get in touch with the rooms owner. Luckily for us we had Wechat. Our air transfer driver did assisted us by calling the owner on his phone.
That was because your room number and at which floor with the door security key numbers as well as the room door code would be send to you.
Secondly, once you gained entrance to your apartment unit, you needed to go up a flight of stairs (troublesome with luggage). Each apartment unit, the owner had converted to either 2 or 3 individual rooms.
Location was near a lot of eateries and we even managed to have supper around midnight at one of the eateries inside the apartment complex.
Also there were a number of convenience stores that opened till late or even 24 hours.
There was a metro station within 15 minutes walk.
One added bonus was that there was a washing machine inside the room
Concluding, the owner should have sent the doors security codes to us via Trip.com to avoid the hustle in checking in

It is my niece and I's first visit to China and we were looking for a room that is situated near Fuzhou International Airport (FOC). We were in Fujian to another niece who is studying at the local University. Thanks to Trip.com, we found Liwan Hotel and we were given a lovely suite with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms with showers, I was stunned by the beautiful decor and furnishings of the hotel. We booked for 3 nights and the We Chat app was very helpful in translation as neither of us spoke Chinese. Meals was not provided but there was a number of recommendations, we had delicious authentic Chinese breakfast prepared by the lady right opposite the hotel. We went into the city for lunch and dinner and would order online if we want something different. Shuttle to the airport is provided and we really appreciate the care and attention of the hotel proprietorship. I would stay at Liwan again and would highly recommend it to future visitors. It is very affordable, clean, accessible from the airport and main roads.

Was welcomed by 2 friendly customer service personnel: Liu Rui and Feng Yan. Both are friendly, helpful and heart warming staff. Thanks for their recommendation.
Stayed in A29 room at ladies corner near toilet. Entry and electric, powered by card only. USB and C port charging points available.
Basic bedding: good enough for overnight transfer stay: pillow and blanket.
Hand towel size for bathing. Traveller toothbrush and ear plug is provided.
In-house slippers are provided, hence no shoes allowed in capsule as carpeted areas.
Guess due to space constraints, no luggage’s allowed in capsule areas, hence opening of luggage can only be performed in front of the counter the reception area.
Packed Light breakfast was provided but no hot beverages (2 Bread Buns, Tea Egg and Yoghurt Drink). However, mineral water bottle is complimentary.
Nice experience, however a bit noisy when other guests closing doors.

Near a big shopping centre, convenience stores galore, plenty of affordable places to eat, very close to the metro station, there is a gorgeous park 5~7 min walk from the flat. Many public bicycles to choose from (although with a foreign passport, only the blue bikes named Hello bike are available).
The room is gorgeous, with half of the room fitted with windows. Being on the 17th floor, the scenery is gorgeous. You can see the beautiful mountains surrounding parts of the area.
The flat is clean, with a kettle available, 2 free bottles of water, toilet paper, towels, free toiletry. There is a big fridge with freezer compartment in the kitchen. Comfortable bed. There is a big wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Free washing machine is a PLUS!
Downsides: Being on the 17th floor, it takes ages to go up and down..You have to queue to access the lifts.
The flat is noisy (the rain in itself, when touching the windows), the neighbours (I don't think the neighbours were particularly noisy, just the building having thin walls and ceilings/floors): You can hear the kid upstairs running, the next door neighbour singing etc. There is also a machine (couldn't figure out what it was) right next to the washing machine, it makes a loud noise 24/7, like a boiler.

來福州玩了三天，住這裏挺滿意的。房間收拾得乾淨，床單枕頭都沒有異味，睡着舒服。位置確實方便，走路去三坊七巷幾分鐘，隔壁就是美食街，樓下還有家網紅餐廳，每天吃飯不重樣。前台那個短髮小姐姐還很熱情的幫我提了行李，主要那個行李還挺重的。入住前發了詳細指引，中間問路問吃的都回復很快。房間裏投影儀也挺清晰，也有小冰箱啥的，那個智能家居用着也順手不用起來關燈。雖然不是豪華酒店，但這個價位配上這地段和設施，性價比很高了。下次來還會考慮。
