Excellent place to stay. Spotlessly clean everywhere, , great location, kind staff, self service washing matichines, drinking water, microwave, patio area. Ask for a room far from the bathrooms as soundproofing is not good and it is a busy area day and night. To consider for both guests and the hotel: no charging ports on the lobby/lounge area.

靈隱寺步行範圍內的民宿，超級推薦！ 每年元旦都會去附近住一晚，無論是環境、衞生還是服務，這家店真的最推薦。用心程度真的感覺民宿老闆是在把客人當親人朋友一樣招待。 到達酒店已經是晚上十點半，管家提前去停車場幫忙佔位子、提箱子，入住後提供茶飲和甜點。早餐都是民宿管家現做的，不像外面的預製菜。離店前，老闆主動提出是否需要靈隱寺新年台曆，會等有貨後幫忙寄到家裡，自己去靈隱寺很難請到，很期待。 明年還會預訂這家民宿，也推薦大家入住，性價比很高，即便節假日價格也沒有虛高，是堪稱完美的體驗！

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Restaurants, cafes,and shops are available within 1min walking distance. Room is of a decent size, and bed is comfortable. Sound-proofing is average, as sounds on the corridor and streets can be heard when all windows and doors are closed. The staff is friendly, but slightly short-handed, so you might need to carry your own luggage to your room. As the reception is not round the clock, and the front door is locked after certain hours, you might need to collect deliveries in-person at the hostel's front door.

Sırt Çantası On Yıl'dan beklendiği gibi, odalar tertemizdi, servis de harikaydı! Temizlik görevlileri sabah herkes uyanmadan önce ortak tuvalet ve banyo alanlarını temizlemişti. Yataklar pırıl pırıldı, çok rahat uyudum! Çamaşırhane ve kurutma makinesi de vardı, olanaklar çok iyiydi! Çıkış yaptıktan sonra bavullarınızı tesiste ücretsiz olarak bırakabiliyorsunuz. Resepsiyondaki genç hanımın çalışma tarzı da çok nazikti. Guangzhou şubesinin de açıldığını yeni öğrendim, bir dahaki Guangzhou ziyaretimde yine Sırt Çantası On Yıl'da kalmayı dört gözle bekliyorum!

Otel süper temiz ve modern. Ama duşlarda bir sorun vardı: Sıcak su beklemek için duş almaktan çok daha fazla zaman harcadım! Kesinlikle kabul edilemezdi, 10 dakika mı yoksa 15 dakika mı beklediğimi bilmiyorum ama çok uzun sürdü. Başkaları da şikayet etti. Tuvaletten gelen sigara kokusu berbattı. Hatta yakındaki koridoru bile dolduruyordu. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Ortak mutfaktan şehrin harika bir manzarası vardı. Oda gerçekten küçüktü ama yatak rahattı. Gece yarısı birisi oda numarasını unuttuğu için uyandım ve kapıdaki kart okuyucu böyle bir durumda yüksek ses çıkarıyor. Kahvaltı seçenekleri bulmak kolay - asansörle zemin kata inmek yeterli, aynı binada restoranlar var.

The location was quite good. However, carrying luggage up the stairs and through the corridor was a bit problematic. The carpets in the corridors were dirty. The room and sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable, but the room was rather small. The price was a bit high compared to the facilities offered. Overall, there were positive aspects, but also some areas that could be improved.

I also had the chance to indulge in the hotel's spa services, which were truly rejuvenating and added an extra layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. It is evident that the hotel takes pride in providing a top-notch experience for its guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious yet welcoming accommodation option, complete with excellent service and a prime location. I will certainly be returning to this beautiful establishment on future visits.”

Decent hotel, it has all basic things one needs. Plenty of food options outside the hotel. Walking distance to Xihu. Hotel staff (at counter) don't bother much about you (they just answer questions non chalantly) so google could be your best friend if you are foreigner. Rooms quite small but it was ok.

Location is very good. There is a big mall across with an MRT station at its basement and another mrt being built directly across. There is cafes, bakeries and restaurants below and around the whole building and far more across the streets including fruit stalls and wet markets. Staff is very helpful and kind enough to let me upgrade to several rooms of my choice for free. Staff also helped me change cash into wechatpay and helped me call the deliver when my online purchase was sent to the wrong address. I never find staff this nice anywhere else in several countries. The apartment rooms and furnitures are not very new, not old, but they are very well taken care of. My room was very bright, comfortable and clean. My bed, sofa and office chair were very comfortable. Aircon and fridge were very cold. Washing machine is good but no dryer option. Detergent and dish cleaner was given upon request. I wish there was a microwave and clothes iron in the hallway and at least a small table mirror in the room. Some areas need to be cleaned better, because the bed headboard, hook tray stand and kettle tray had a lot of dust. The gap (where we insert our fingers) of the fridge door, the washing machine door and trash can lid needs to be cleaned. The shower was clogged and the water went down very slowly and flooded easily. Amenities wise, generous, everything was provided from towels, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, bodywash to room slippers and shower slippers. Bottled water, some coffee and tea were provided in the room. My nice room is directly at the entrance facing the lift. If you don’t like the noise of people coming from the lift or talking at the lift, try to request rooms further away. I like my room more than other rooms so the noise was worth the comfort. Two months in China and this is the best place I ever stayed.
