"Very nice place in the middle of the Ancient city ! The dormitory are very clean and warm despite the winter weather outside !
The staff is very helpful and can speak English what is not very common in this area. They also allowed me to do a laundry for free.

"Extremely well located, and great value for money. Happy staff who are very welcoming, and the room had everything it needed.
My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good.
Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar."

"Great hostel to stay at for a short trip to Kashgar! It’s close enough to the Ancient City (about a half hour walk) and easy to get to both the railway station and airport by bus. The amenities here are great with good lounge areas, free laundry, place to hang laundry, and a kitchen! The bathroom situation isn’t great thought because the shower is right over a squat toilet. Also this isn’t the cleanest tidiest hostel with rubbish overflowing and and luggage strewn around the reception area. It’s not a big issue but be aware the hostel is definitely not as nice as the photos!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. She made us feel very welcome from the beginning. We were able to park our bicycles safely in the hallway, which was very convenient for us.
Since we needed to cross the border, she went out of her way to help us by providing detailed information about the officials and even arranging a taxi. This was especially helpful because we didn’t have WeChat, and it made the whole process much easier for us.
Thanks to her support, everything went smoothly, and we could truly relax and enjoy our time. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back in the future."

我很少給酒店評價，但是這家必須好好的寫個評價。最近趁着假期出行，選擇了這家高分民宿，本想找個地方安心放鬆，沒想到收穫了滿滿的驚喜，必須來好好誇一誇!
這次入住，還有一個意外的小驚喜，就是老闆家的小朋友。那小傢伙特別乖巧懂事，每次見到我們都會甜甜地打招呼，還會主動和我們分享他發現的小趣事。看着他天真無邪的笑容，感覺整個世界都變得美好了起來。和小朋友的相處，也為我們的旅途增添了許多歡樂。
民宿的早餐也非常豐富，都是老闆精心準備的當地特色美食。各種美味的小菜，每一口都充滿了家的味道。一邊享受着美食，一邊和老闆聊聊天，感覺特別愜意。
民宿很有特色，價格這麼便宜但是老闆卻那麼好，讓我都還想在住幾天。
真心希望這家民宿能一直保持這份初心，把這份温暖傳遞給更多的人。下次再來新疆，我一定還會選擇這裏!（附可愛的老闆女孩）"

The hotel is perfect, rooms are comfortable, beds are nice, you feel like home, and the location is amazing.
(And there is a very friendly cat!)

MMisafir KullanıcıElla is a conscientious and gracious host who has cultivated a warm and fun environment. I had a great experience sleeping in the comfortable dorm which was a very fair price by China standards as well. Facilities are new and clean. I slept well on a comfy bed in a relatively quiet neighborhood that’s still very close to the ancient city. Also you can take a taxi directly to her Homestay whereas in the ancient city you have to carry your bags at least a few hundred meters from taxi drop off. Ella was patient and answered all of my touristic questions while caring for the other guests too. Also she often prepares a potluck meal for a fair price. I met many interesting travellers here too so if you are looking for a good base to rest that meets your social and touristic needs as well Ella’s home is the place for you. Probably my favorite hostel in my month in China. Shame I have to leave. The private rooms look quite cozy as well

The owner super friendly and happy to help with anything, place allowed foreigners and pets!
Location right in the local neighborhood and on the next street have so many restaurants with a good local cuisine. If you want to go to the ancient town - it’s take 15 mins on electric bike, so everything what you need just here.
Highly recommend it to stay!

Location: Very convenient. Short 10 minute Didi taxi ride (10rmb) to the ancient city. Or can take bus (2 RMB) 15mins. From Airport Didi 15 mins (20 RMB).
Room: The room is clean, with fast wifi, very cool aircon, smart lights and curtains. Has all the amenities you need: kettle, great hairdryer and each day will have basic room cleaning and you get new toiletries and bottled water.
Besides the comfort of the room, what makes this place really great are the staff. From the moment you arrive, they come out to greet you, take you into their cozy reception room and check you in while enjoying fruits and/or Xinjiang nut snacks. Not all staff spoke English but any translation app will do and they all are so willing to help. They gave very valuable advice of places to visit so ask them any questions! The owner can speak English and I'm sure you will get to meet him as he is very hands on and around everyday to make sure all his guests are taken care of and enjoying their stay. He is a great guy and I believe is the real reason what makes this hotel so good!
When I come back to Kashi/Kashgar, no hesitation I will definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommend!!!

KKevan KeeganThis very simple riad-style guest house offers no meal options but is very well located and the bedroom very comfortable especially for the price. The walk into the southern heart of Kashgar Old City is only five minutes.
Bedroom was very cosy and once the problem with getting hot water was solved, the shower was good and wc fine. All bathroom products are offered except toothpaste, and free bottled water is provided daily. The large bed was very comfortable.
The lady in charge was very friendly and helpful but not always available on the front desk.
The biggest problem was no hot water for first 24 hours and then having to run the tap before getting out of bed until hot water flowed.
The heating and a/c controls were all in Chinese with no international symbols so difficult to operate, but the lady came to reset it when I asked.

EemdethuongI wanted some place inside the Old City that accepts foreigners. This one does accept foreigners, for all foreign travellers out there. The homestay I booked was closed unnoticed. I showed up at the place completely getting confused. But after some body languages later I finally found some help on the street to talk to the owner through phone. He came to pick me and took me to another homestay of his sister which is also in the Old City complex. The room was smaller than the one I booked but I agreed to stay anyway. Trip Customer Service contacted later to apologize for the inconvenience amd compensate me with Trip coins which I was fine with. The home owner (Han people) was warm and welcoming so I will leave the unlucky event off my mind. All convos between me and the owner are via translation app since no one speaks English and it is all going well. Helpful people.
The first photo was the Jingyi homestay which was closed for the season. The rest of the photos were the other homestay within the Old City complex that I was taken to, not far from Jingyi.

The hotel is located at a prime of location where Eid Gah is two mins walk away and the pedestrian food street and ancient city right across the road. The hotel is generally very clean, however as I entered my room I did feel like the floor needed better mopping. I could clearly see that some diet residue has been smeared all over the floor. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they were very cooperative with my inability to understand Chinese. Breakfast is amazing. They offer a great variety of items from fruits to bread and drink and soups/bean paste. I did notice that the bread was stale but there were definitely other options available. You can also do laundry without having to buy your own detergent 🥹 on the 5th floor. I did twice. 😄 My life was made so much easier with kids. I am so going to stay here again.
