"Unbeatable location right next to Luoyi Ancient City and the main road, yet away from the crowds and noise. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby both on the main road side and the ancient city side. I had fallen sick from an infection from my earlier trip but the lady boss and the person at night duty, both helped me to order food delivery (as my food delivery app was not working) and even delivered it to my room for two days. The cleaning staff do a very good job. There is free UV sterilized water available and they give snacks in the room at check-in. There is laundry machine available but I never used it. There is also a cozy room for reading/socializing/eating. I have never seen all these facilities in a hotel at this price. I didn't even get pressured to write a review like in other places. All in all, a great place to stay. "

"The hotel is right next to the metro exit. The staff are all friendly, and the cleaning lady is diligent. One thing I don’t understand is that I saw a calico kitten locked inside the hotel restaurant two days in a row. I’m not sure whether it is the hotel’s cat or just a stray. It looks clean and well-fed, though. I hope it’s the hotel’s cat and that it’s kept inside for its own safety."

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Luoyangdong Railway Station located approximately 3km away and Luoyang Beijiao Airport roughly 12km away. In addition, Lijingmen Metro Station is just a short walk away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Luoyi Ancient City, Drum Tower and Luoyang Minsu Museum all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Luoyang hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with friends.
"民宿在景區商業街的中間，樓下是火鍋，停到景區停車場是最方便的，白白跟着導航繞了一小時。房間設施極簡，床品沒洗乾淨，最重要的是空調幾乎不熱，衹有把手伸到出風口才能感到一點温度，當然要是跟衞生間比卧室就很暖和了，洗手開到最熱也就是温水所以洗澡就不用想了（不過就衞生間那個温度也不大能洗）"

"The owner was really friendly and helpful. She and her husband helped us with our heavy suitcases to get them into the homestay and out of the homestay to the taxi on the main road. And she even gave us an upgraded room on a lower floor so that we didn't have to climb more stairs with these heavy bags! The room was really clean and the bathroom was really nice too. Also, the location was really good!! Only about 10mins walk to the Longmen Grottoes entrance."

1.交通便利:民宿隱匿於龍門大道旁的綠茵小區內，距龍門石窟1公里有餘，距龍門高鐵站3公里，位置極佳，電動車、單車和公交打車都很方便；
2.設施典雅: 以庭院式雅宋風格為主，樸素而温馨，房間挺大，床品極好，居住區也裝修的很有古意盎然，房間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，一應俱全；👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
3. 服務周到:老闆家人們很好，精心準備的伴手禮很豐富，很是周全，服務熱情自信，很為住客思慮着想，庭院中茶飲別具一格，期待下次共享啦。
總之，體驗感很棒，下次來也一定選擇椿院，期待和房東家人們交流，共享神都龍門的美景！！🎉

MMinShanHuai saw many positive reviews and was excited to see if it was reality...
Simply put, its worth visiting Luoyang just to stay at May Fourth Youth Hostel.
The level of cleanliness, amicability, overall positive yet low-key ambience should be the standard across the country. From the music choice in the lobby to the staff who run it, It's clear it has been designed and is run by people who really understand what it means to be a traveller and what makes a good hotel. The rooms are spacious (sometimes hostels can feel claustophobic - but not here), with beds having more space than typical, good quality pillow and duvets. Suited for both travellers from the east and west, there are seated and squat toilets, with a large array of showers. The washing machine is great (if they had a couple of good Dryers too that would be amazing), as well as the communal rooms with vending machines, pool table, and seating area (including the lovely quiet library space)
The location is decent too, a spacious cultural park is nearby with the hostel itself tucked away from the main street, creating convinience but not crowds. The price is perfect! ideal for young people, students and solo travellers visiting on a budget. My friend decided to stay here two more days just because of the comfort and facilities. As both a foreigner and a woman, i felt safe and welcome here so i reccommend friends from abroad to come check this place out. Possibly the best youth hostel i've had the pleasure of staying in

- We stayed for two nights but the hotel staff did not replenish the toiletries, change the towels and tidy up the room.

MM508889****自助型酒店，但是也有前台。前台人員非常熱心，有自助早餐，自助洗衣，自助寄存，自助熱水。房間裡佈局乾淨清爽，簡單温馨。面積很大，床很柔軟。乾濕分離。有一點是房間內沒有一次性拖鞋。應該是可以找前台要的，我因為本身自帶有一次性拖鞋就直接用自己的了。沒有洗澡，不知道一次性浴巾質量如何。摸着那個包是挺厚的。房間燈光明亮我很喜歡。一樓大廳整體都是綠色主色調，看着很清爽。電梯也是綠色。距離龍門高鐵站非常近，步行導航五分鐘，很好找，就在大路邊上。也比較靠近地鐵。安靜。

MMisafir KullanıcıThe family rooms we booked were huge with 2 big bedrooms plus a smaller one which was a great play area for the kids. It had heating/cooling in each room that we could adjust ourselves. Beds were comfortable and the duvets were nice and thick. Only drawback was that it had no mini fridge. And there is no elevator so you do need to climb up some flights of stairs. I communicated with the manager by WeChat translation. There was always someone waiting for us when we got back which was so reassuring for a homestay - they made sure we were safe and even checked on our payment for our ride.
Location was down an alleyway right across from Yongtianmen - it was a bit of a walk from the metro station and too narrow for vehicle access. Instead we found it so convenient to use the 3 wheeled tuk tuks which could send us up to the doorstep. Cost was between 10-20 CNY. The street was lined with hanfu shops and many little convenience stores where we could buy snacks and the cold drinks we wanted. Strangely we could not get cold beer! They said it was not the season yet for col
Overall we had a great stay! It was a chance to experience living in a local community which was different from the usual hotel experience.

酒店竟然在古城牆上面，窗外的景色狠狠拿捏住我，寬敞明亮，暖色調燈光讓人瞬間放鬆。前台辦理入住速度超快，工作人員不僅熱情專業，還貼心介紹周邊好玩的地方和酒店特色服務。
房間更是驚艷！佈置温馨，採光通風極佳。床品柔軟舒適，就像睡在雲朵裏，晚上我直接一覺到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶、品牌洗浴用品一應俱全，連毛巾浴巾都柔軟蓬鬆。
周邊交通便利，步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵站和公交站，打車也很方便。旁邊就有，應天門、洛邑古城、十字街景區，逛街，遊玩，吃飯超級便捷。
這次入住體驗太棒了，下次出行還選這家！

MMisafir KullanıcıThe room and the facilities were as advertised. I could book the taxi pickup they offer for 2-night reservations. Even with English I could text and book the taxi ride the day before arrival (SMS & WeChat). Also offered free snacks in the room. Also they helped me in identifying places to visit as Laojun mountain is closed for foreigners (I did not know before arriving). Longmen Grottoes is very close, you can walk there! Also there are busses connecting well with the Longmen city. The lady at the reception was helpful answering all my questions via WeChat as it translated the messages automatically.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.
