"The Hotel is in a residential community,you need a key pass to go in so it's safe .The entrance is not on the main road exactly so you will need to check that..My ride drop me at the right place but my map kind of showed the entrance in the wrong direction, after a quick call to the hotel with the help of a friendly local I found the entrance quickly
. The room was clean (I'm very particular about cleanliness), suspicious , enough closet space to pack my staff ,little sofa , a TV , nice little balcony facing the city and the sea of course over tall buildings with chairs and a table.A washing machine was also available on the balcony so it was easy to keep my stuff clean. There was also a fridge in the room so that's good.
Shampoo, shower gel , soap , disposable towels,tissue and a disposable toilet seat cover was provided in the bathroom.
The only slight downside was on the last night , I had to change rooms as they needed to disinfect the floor I was on.The 2nd room was similar to the 1st but seemed a bit smaller and didn't quite feel as good.
Overally I got my money's worth and I would stay again if getting the 1st room I got on the 13the floor."

"Here is my opinion. This is my first time here and the hotel is great for the price. I think it's up to standard, at least for me. I lived in similar apartment - style before, so I can tell you this: do not expect high luxury, but a nice place to stay. You get the towels, toothbrushes, combs, etc, two coffee mugs, but no cutlery. I don't think that's any problem, because you can always buy/take a plastic spoon or fork. Everything seemed clean and working well. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PICTURES SHOW THE ROOM WHEN I WAS LEAVING, so this is not authentic representation of a check-in room. It's cleaner and nicer. I was on the 26th floor. The sea-view is partial, you have another tall building in front of you, but the view is nice enough, you can have your morning coffee while looking at the sea. The beach is very close, literally five minutes away. All the nice restaurants are just 5 minutes away! (I recommend Dolphin - amazing, but I heard that Brunch is very nice too). Another thing: the owner agreed to let me chek out a lot later, although I had to pay a bit, but not the full price of a day's stay. In any case, I strongly recommend this place if you want a reasonably-priced place in the right location. Enjoy!
Important note: you must get in touch with the owner, before you come because the reception is on the 20th floor and you cannot get there without an elevator card.
There's also deposit 100 for my type of room, which was returned to me at the checkout."

Fabulous seafood night market a 10 minute walk away. It's fairly far from the downtown center, though. This is not a hotel in the usual sense - our room seemed like a big rental room in a big residential building. There is a basic kitchen in the room and the balcony has a terrific sea and city view. Unfortunately the large swimming pool was closed for repairs; that should have been communicated in advance."

"Therese rooms are located in Barry boutique Hotel, but you have to contact the manager in advance via WhatsApp. When I arrived, he met me in the hall downstairs and first we went to his office on 26th floor to register.
My room was on 29th floor - beautiful view! Sea view included. The room has a balcony with a table and two chairs. There is mini kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Shower is good. No noise at night.
Breakfasts are okay.
The only funny detail - the bathroom doesn’t have a door, only curtain.
Location is great: in the middle of Dadonghai area, close to everything.
Overall I loved my stay!"

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment hotel. The best proximity to the Dodonghai beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is convenient for cooking. It’s equipped with all necessary things. The lady host is friendly and helpful. The man host is nice, and even able to speak good Russian, which was a pleasant surprise. I would love to come here next time with my family.

服務：在攜程預訂好民宿之後，工作人員便第一時間與我取得聯繫，發送了詳細的地址，根據導航，直達門店！Check in全程絲滑，車直接停在地下車庫，然後管家帶我們上樓。車庫乘坐電梯，直達房間樓層，超級方便。管家很熱情，響應也很及時，能夠在第一時間處理我們的需求，不僅專業，而且周到，能站在客人的角度去思考和解決問題。
環境：整棟公寓高大巍峨，白天遠看像一座豪華遊輪，到了晚上燈火輝煌，十分好看！房間裏物品擺放整齊，提供了電磁爐、蒸鍋、刀具、碗筷等日用品，冰箱、洗衣機、電吹風也是一應俱全！更為用心的是，衣櫥裏擺放了應急用消防呼吸面具，門口也擺放着滅火器和雨傘，這是在其他民宿很少見的！陽台很寬敞，已經配備了晾衣架，洗衣曬衣一氣呵成。站在陽台遠看，山水風光無敵！
交通：民宿位於保利海棠灣，距離林旺夜市僅需一公里左右，騎車五分鐘便可抵達。從這裏出發，無論是去免税城，還是去三亞市區，以及去後海村、皇后灣沖浪，都很方便。如果想要購物，可以去cdf三亞國際免税城，如果想要吃飯，夜市是選擇之一，另外就是海昌夢幻不夜城！

фото соответствует действительности. по хорошему - квартира требует косметический ремонт. кровать большая, удобный жесткий матрас, не продавленный. диван по возможности заменить. хозяин по просьбе предоставил необходимую посуду - кастрюлю и блендер. даже когда отключили газопровод (ввиду замены трубопровода), предоставил электрическую печку. также как-то не было напора воды, хозяин прислал работника, тот проверил, что села батарейка для счетчика воды, заменили батарейку и вуаля. главное - не стесняться и говорить обо всем хозяину. решает все очень быстро. по просьбе предоставили электрический мопед за адекватную цену, что очень удобно посетить ближайшую округу и местные деревеньки. расположение до моря - 1 километр. совсем рядом остановка автобуса. две едальни - рядом, одна поближе, рядом с озером, вокруг которого хорошо совершать вечерний променад, вторая немного подальше, не доходя до моря. территория жилого комплекса ухоженная, удобная, есть бассейн. понравилось сама территория по сравнению с другими, рядом расположенными жилыми комплексами (осмотр уже на месте). в целом - рекомендую.

Очень понравился этот отель. Выбирали по расположению - первая линия, пляж, в центре города. Туристический автобус останавливается у отеля. Красивый вид на пляж из кафе.
Особенно понравились кровати в номере: прострные, удобный матрас, приятное постельное белье. Качественный сон. Переживали, что караоке будет мешать спать. Но в 22:00 караоке закончилось и наступила тишина. Чистый номер. Компактный. Но для того что бы выспаться и отдохнуть - прекрасно.
С удовольствием вернемся сюда еще раз!

Kamei Hotel is best described as an apartment‑style complex rather than a traditional resort, and that shapes the entire experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable, budget‑friendly stay close to Atlantis without paying Atlantis prices, this is a practical choice—just come with the right expectations.
🏨 Apartment‑Style Setup
Rooms feel more like serviced apartments, which is great if you enjoy extra space and a home‑like layout. But unless you book one of the villas, expect a decent walk to reach the beach area.
🍽️ Breakfast: Simple and Local
The buffet breakfast is designed mainly for local guests. You’ll receive paper coupons to enter, which adds a slightly old‑school touch. The food is straightforward—not a luxury spread, but enough to start the day.
🛗 Elevators: Bring Your Patience
One of the biggest quirks is the elevator wait time. It can take 6 to 15 minutes just to go up or down, especially during peak hours. It’s manageable, but definitely something to factor into your schedule.

However, we were not aware that the activities we wanted—like swimming in the ocean or taking a short, affordable yacht trip—were much farther away. You cannot swim in the ocean anywhere near Kamei or Atlantis due to safety restrictions.

If ocean time is important to you, plan ahead:
• Head to Wuzhizhou Island for diving and proper beach activities
• Look for yacht trips or water sports in other parts of Sanya
• Enjoy the hotel pools and walking areas nearby instead of expecting a beach experience

I have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

This is a huge villa with a huge pool, the rooms are large and amenities are what are advertised. The only disappointment is that the wear and tear are very obvious. It is such a shame as this villa could be amazing. The rooms are neat and clean, although inside a wardrobe there was mould and a missing clothing rail. Also cleaning of the outside spaces wasn’t great.
There was also a room full of junk in the basement rooms, it made it feel like the villa was used for a dumping space, not a space prepared for paying guests to stay.
The staff however, were amazing! So helpful and happy to come and sort out any issue straight away. Thank you to all the staff, you were lovely!
We really did like our time at this villa as we are only a small family and would come again just for the pool and the lovely staff.

The place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area.
We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point.
There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views.
From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day.
You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful.
This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

I kept cancelling room stay at Sanya Hua'erxi previously as I am afraid of encountering typhoons. My original plan was to stay at this hotel on 23 August 2025 but I cancelled the room stay because the typhoon shut Sanya down on 24 August 2025 and the high-speed train company informed me that there is no train service between Sanya and Haikou on 24 August. So, two days before I checked-in on 20 September 2025, I decided to re-book the fourth level room at Sanya Hua'erxi after knowing another typhoon will not hit Sanya and Hainan on 21 September 2025.
I thank receptionist Xiao Fang for arranging the room that faces Sanya Phoenix Airport runway. The airport is beautiful at night and during sunrise. The bed is comfortable. The toiletries are sufficient although there is no razor. I am very happy that I manage to spot planes on the rooftop and in the room. There are no dog barks and cock crows after the typhoon. The plane noise is bearable although ear bugs are available in the room.
I was the only guest to eat complimentary breakfast, a bowl of noodles without any fruit. The place to eat appears to be smaller that what is depicted on Trip.com. There are only two rows of tables and the drinks dispenser machine after the hotel entrance.
Sanya Hua'erxi (华尔汐酒店), formerly known as Hua'erxi Beauty Inn (华尔汐美宿), is of ten minutes' taxi ride from Sanya Phoenix Airport. It is located very near to Hinze Hotel. One-way taxi fare from the airport to this hotel costs 24.90 RMB. The hotel does not have its own shuttle van for return airport transfers. The transfers are by private car. Late check-out until 2 pm is not allowed but the guest can still go up to the roof for plane-spotting until 4 pm after storing the luggage at the reception desk.
The rooftop is only open when the guest requests Xiao Fang and other receptionist to open the rooftop. There are no official opening hours of the rooftop.
There are no lamp posts along Fenghuang Road. It is advisable to only walk outside the hotel after 6 am when the sun rises.

首先位置絕了，下樓步行三五分鐘就直接到海邊，海水清澈湛藍，質量特別好。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很温馨，住起來非常舒適。老闆人超級好，熱情周到，給了很多實用建議，像家人一樣親切。
生活便利性無可挑剔！樓下十字路口就是網樂超市，步行幾分鐘還有“菜籃子”，買水果食材太方便了。附近有兩個大型商場，購物吃飯選擇多，關鍵是樓下飯店林立，各種美食應有盡有。
傍晚散步去大東海廣場衹要十多分鐘，吹着海風特別愜意，還幸運地遇到了現場表演，氣氛超棒。
總之，這是一家集優越位置、乾淨住宿、暖心服務和便利生活於一體的完美民宿。已經推薦給朋友們，下次來一定還會住這裏，捨不得離開！
