"前台服務一般，和別的住客討論色達門票怎麼購買時用方言還害怕我們聽到，讓人很不爽。老闆人很好幫我們解決在遊客中心買不到票幫我們聯繫其他購買方式，（來色達之前一定在在網上購票，佛學院不要錢，但是得景區車才能到）要不會很麻煩。房間衞生沒問題，停車到前台稍有些距離，因為是高原嗎略顯吃力，酒店有電梯沒有早餐！"

XXiexie976在這個小鎮上要要求硬件有多麼多麼好很難，但是老闆一家讓我們覺得倍感温暖，提前幫我們燒熱水器的水，提前幫我們開了電熱毯，等我們吃飯回來水和床都是熱熱的，讓趕了一天路、淋了一天雨的我們好好地休息了一下，門口停車也很方便。總之不錯的歇腳地。
